We had a leaking toilet at our office and we called LRA. They literally got to our office in 20 minutes and fixed the issue. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable and we had a great experience.

Displeased. Disappointed. I had new vinyl flooring placed in my kitchen and was told by flooring company that the floor men would be able disconnect the gas stove to lay floor but would be unable to reconnect the gas for legal reasons. The floor company recommended LRA as plumbers to use as they have used them often. Plans were made for LRA to arrive mid-afternoon, near the end of the flooring job. They NEVER arrived, they NEVER called and only when called did they acknowledge they were missing an appointment. Very unprofessional. Regardless, plans were made for the next morning to connect gas. 2 men were sent to do job, why were two needed?, 20 minutes of work later, given a bill for a $235 service visit charge and No apologies for previous day no-show. The job got done, with zero customer services in the process. Definitely will not use again nor recommend to others.
