Great customer service! Helped me out with a problem over the phone. Gave me great advice the only sad thing is I don't have a reason to have them actually come out and work on my plumbing because after seeing the pictures of their plumbers I could def use my pipes cleaned But it's a great plus when a business and advice you over the phone without quoting or pressuring you!

a really nice guy named owen came by to assess our plumbing. he mentioned he would have a quote for us. we've been waiting and still no quote. i was excited to work with this company because owen was so great, but the lack of follow-up is really disappointing.

LRS is the best! My dumb dog broke a water main in the back yard at 6:30am and Leonard was here by 7:15. Fixed in an hour with a smile. Great and fast service. I'll be calling them again!

We used these guys this week for the third time and are still so impressed with not only their knowledge, but their honesty. We had them hydro jet our main sewer line, which we weren't too sure how much it would cost. They explained everything as they went, showed us what was going on and ended up charging us less than they originally told us it might cost. Whether you need something as simple as a clogged toilet taken care of or something more complicated, you can trust these guys to do a great job and to be honest with you!

These guys were great! I had a tough kitchen sink clog that was far down the pipe from my sink and they were really responsive in working on it. They were extremely professional and I think they did an excellent job. I would recommend them highly and will use them again.
