The first time I called for services, they were great--punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. So when my AC went out, I called LRS, expecting the same level of service. No one showed up for the appointment...or called. So I called them, and was told the technician was running 3 hours late, but he'd still show up. So I waited. Well, it's the next day and no one has called or shown up. I hate to do this to you, my brothers, but I missed time from work to meet the technician during your work hours and I have yet to receive even a courtesy call offering an apology and/or an offer to reschedule the appointment.

This is the third time I have worked with LR Services Plumbing and I can't say enough great things about them. They are in my community, they are 100% professional, they always get right back to you and they REALLY came through for me today.

I have a home that was built in 1927 (Spanish Bungalow) and the water heater went out. No surprise there as the last one was installed in 1996. I am amazed it lasted 18 years. Anyway, it died, kaput. I was having to relight the pilot every day. That got old real quick. I purchased a new water heater and needed it installed same day. I called and spoke to the lovely April, who said she would find out if they could come by for an estimate and that she would get right back to me. 5 minutes later, she did and said they would be by within the hour for an estimate. They were there in 45.

They quoted a reasonable flat price for the install and took great care to make sure that it was done right. Keep in mind the plumbing on my house is OLD and they had to do a lot of work arounds and unforeseen accommodations.

They took out the old heater, installed the new one and cleaned up everything and did a fantastic job. But wait, it doesn't end there.

They leave and I try to run the hot water in the kitchen. It is clogged from all the rust in the old pipes being flushed through - and no water comes out. I called Owen and Marcus, they picked up, turned AROUND, and came BACK. Fixed my kitchen faucet, cleaned the drain screen and finished the job right. They didn't need to come back, and they certainly could have charged me more to do so.

I am a client for life and I hope that if you are reading this, and are looking for a reliable, honest, punctual and consummate professional plumber - call LR.

I had an after hours emergency service need and thankfully had retained the card of LR Services Plumbing. I called them and within the hour, the owner and his trusted associate arrived at my house and fixed my problem. Additionally, because of the respectful and timely service response, I asked them about another plumbing concern and I was provided with a thorough, extremely fair estimate and I agreed to have them address the other problem. LRS Plumbing was one the sponsors for the 2012 Bikers Ride For Cancer fundraiser event. They stood in support and we were proud to have them on board. Subsequent to that event, a couple of friends needed plumbing services in an emergency, so I recommended to them LRS Plumbing. I called Leonard the owner personally and he stopped what he was doing, headed over to my friends home and solved the problem promptly. If you don't at least try LRS then you get what you paid for with the other companies. These guys mean business and are experienced. The bottom line is, you may not like the news about your plumbing problem, but LRS will tell you the truth about what is wrong, how much it will cost and they solve the problem. No funny business, just results.

I love working with these young men because they keep up with the new plumbing trends, where as the other plumbing companies I've worked with in the past are stuck in their old ways and just what they're used to. Had issue over the holidays with a tenants toilet...called up LR services and they came right out, fixed the problem and then the next day, called to see if everything was STILL okay? Like who does follow up calls in the service industry? First one I've had in a long time...close friend recommended them and I'm gonna continue to use them in my income units.
