Yesterday, Marcus B. from LRS Plumbing did a great job in fixing our leaking kitchen sink and master bathroom shower. When he arrived, he was ready with the parts replacement for our shower issues and sure enough it was the main problem. Thus, the fix was quick. He did a good job in putting back the shower controls than the previous plumber I hired from another plumbing company. So far both tested well. A big thank you to Marcus, great job and you're so easy to deal with!

I called Owen late one evening with the need to have a water heater replaced. The tenant had been without hot water for a day. Owen made arrangements for it to be taken care of the next day even though LRS had a full schedule. Marcus arrived the next day to install and take away the old heater. This is yet another great experience with LRS and their team.

They squeezed me in to a Saturday appointment. They called to confirm the day before, and my technician (Marcus) called when he was on his way too (on time).

Marcus was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. He explained the problem and fixed it quickly.

I'd welcome LRS back in my home any day if there's another problem, and recommend them without reservation!

The original plumbing in my home busted and I remembered seeing this plumbing company participating in the King Day Parade a few years ago. I called them. They came within 2 hours, found the problem, gave me an reasonable estimate to replace the pipes and answered all of my questions. I felt at ease with Owen, his customer service skills was top notch and I felt proud seeing my brothers out working and taking care of business. We woke this morning to find our Gas was not working and called around to a few places but then found LR Services -- after a very brief phone call, Owen had me go through a quick check list of what might be wrong, and then he walked me through exactly what to do.

He was extremely helpful and offered to come out immediately but in the end he was able to solve the problem over the phone! When we tried to pay him, he said it wasn't necessary, that it was an easy fix that he would be happy to help anyone with -- so LR is kind of like a good neighbor and we are incredibly grateful.

Owen and an assistant came to clean out a drain. I didn't know if the drain was leaking under the house, as there was an odor. They looked under the house and did not find a leak. They did not try to rip me off by making up a problem (like another plumber had done). They did a clean out of my drain, and gave me a discount on the price. They seemed very professional, and I would recommend this company.

MVPs! These two guys who came to our house were amazinggggggg!

They were extremely friendly, quick, careful and clean. Our kitchen skink and restroom were fixed, all under an hour or so. We were also given a very - very - reasonable price. F* yes! My roommates were more than satisfied about the service and price.

We never had to call a plumber, but if we ever have to again, it'd definitely be these guys - without a doubt. They even left us a small tool to repair our kitchen skin on our own - way too sweet.

Crisp, competent, professional.
The day they came to install my new loo, they were running behind schedule. Thanks to their wonderful communications, I did not feel abandoned or forgotten, like a few other outfits I have had the misfortune to deal with.
They installed my new loo efficiently and with great care. They tidied up before they left, and were overall kind, professional and wonderful. I hope I dont need a plumber again, but if I do, I know who to call.
