Been using LPS for my plumbing needs for several years. Always good. Today great. Needed me sump pump line to the storm drain snaked out. Water was backing up at the overflow and creating puddles of water on the side of my house. Not good. Water finds a way in to the basement. Had this done before with so so results. Today, Steve showed up and made sure the job was done correctly and thoroughly! As an extra that no one has done before, he removed the very heavy cover at the storm drain and cleaned the sludge from the drain pipe that was part of the blockage issue. I'll be asking for him for my plumbing needs in the future!

Had mixed experiences with them. Didn't hookup the copper tube to the Fridge water supply properly, leaked on the floor and they had to come out and fix it. Came out to fix a leaking faucet, started leaking a few weeks later. Toilets also reverted back to the same problems in less than a year.

My wife and I had our furnace go out and a pipe burst recently. LPS was recommended to us and they've been fantastic, reliable and dependable. They were very responsive and thorough from the moment we called. They identified that the issue fairly quickly and were straightforward and clear on the best approach tot take to fix the issue.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.i would strongly suggest steering clear of them. i had a leak in the basement that leaked a month later and paying $900 and they would not come back out to fix it. Come to find out they just put a sharkbite in where it was leaking which failed. You have been warned.
