Great service, honest folks. We went through an ordeal to get the right plumber, but these guys were a solid find. We have a plumber we feel good about calling now.

TLDR: I had to call the police to get their shakedown collector to leave my house.

These guys use intimidation tactics to get invoices paid. When a family emergency set us back a week, they sent a large guy to the house who, despite the fact that one child was throwing up and I was on the phone scheduling their medical appointment and I was in my bathrobe, refused to leave until they had the invoice paid. I told them to leave and we'd get the invoice paid, and his response is that he would still be waiting at my house. It was intimidating as heck and a little scary and far more than I could handle with a spouse recovering from surgery and a throwing up kid.

They also claimed the invoice had been three weeks late, although five days previous they were still troubleshooting their work and telling us not to worry about payment until it was resolved.

So this guy - who would not allow me to answer the question about when the invoice would be paid (literally as soon as I could settle all the sick people in my house down long enough to get to a computer) talked over me and yelled and didn't allow me to answer him. I tried calling to explain later, and he did the same thing. People, I had to call the POLICE to get him to leave my porch. They then filed a police report against me for "theft of services". Over a one-week-old invoice. Which was overpriced.

I'm so disappointed. The initial service technician was very sweet, although they talked me into something now I'm not sure I needed, given the collection tactics.

Super impressed with L&P Plumbing. Professional, Honest and Reasonably Priced.

I had knocking in my pipes and after receiving a diagnosis of low water pressure and very high bid for work from another company, I decided to get a second opinion. Brennan came out and discovered high water pressure and a bad PRV valve. For what seemed like a fair price, he made the replacement and adjusted my water pressure. My problem resolved.

L&P are my new plumbers and I will be referring my friends to them for sure.

Impressed by the integrity and professionalism of these folks.

Had a home inspection completed to see if there were any repairs we should get ahead of. These folks were recommended to us and scheduling was quick and easy. Victor came out, arrived on time and got cracking on the issues that had been identified.

Turns out the two expensive repairs that had been recommended just weren't needed and instead everything was sorted out in an hour with some relatively minor adjustments.

Was a pleasure working with Victor and you should call them if you need any plumbing help.

I was trying to DIY some bathtub plumbing. Ended up breaking the PVC p-trap. Victor came out and fixed it up. Respectful to my wife and I. They are our plumbers now. Also, the first time I called them out they quoted a project but in the end didn't recommend doing the work. They were honest and explained how I could do it.

Sent in a request through Yelp for an emergent issue and Fabian responded quickly and had someone at my house right away. He was very upfront and honest, due to the nature of the issue I did end up going with another plumber but wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Fabian again if needed.

Victor came out to inspect our sink as the hot water handle was throughly stuck. He got it replaced for us and will be giving us an estimate for a new washer dryer connection down stairs, or at least the plumbing part.

Update:

I hired L&P to come back and install a vanity or me. Alex showed up and custom fitted the plumbing to work with a somewhat difficult shelving configuration. He was excellent, as was his work.

Seriously, I can't recommend L&P plumbing enough.

This company has the nicest staff and are very reliable. Brennan even changed my light bulbs for me while working in the bathroom. I've used them twice now and would highly recommend them!

I needed my grooming tub hooked up to hot and cold water, and the drain. It was a pretty complicated job and the first set of plumbers failed right at the start thankfully, so I got to meet L&P plumbing. I asked my electrician and he suggested Victor. Man, am I relieved!! They did a fascinating job super fast and absolutely spotless. Victor and Alex work in harmony and do the highest quality job. We talked about what I needed and how it could be executed and they gave me an estimate and that was the final price as well. They provide what they promise. I can use my electric lift tub from tomorrow on and my back will be beyond happy about the work Victor and Alex did for me.
