Great service and so helpful with any questions about the products that are in stock. For such a small space there's quite a variety of high end and affordable quality fixtures as well. A great find for bathroom and kitchen products!

I had seen this storefront many a time when walking or driving through my neighborhood and it never impressed me as the kind of place where I'd shop. But I took a closer look after my bath designer told me that her architect recommended working with Hung because he knows his stuff.
I ended up purchasing bathroom faucets, showerheads and accessories, rough-ins, toilets, sinks and medicine cabinets for a 2.5 bath remodel from Hung. Before parting with my hard earned money, I shopped around town and online. In the end, after several in-person and email conversations with Hung, I decided to support a local business (and one in my neighborhood to boot).
I could have saved a few bucks here and there had I ordered online. Yes, you can find Hansgrohe fixtures for less from online vendors. But what happens if the faucet comes damaged or missing parts, if it doesn't fit or you just don't like it? How much time and how much of your savings do you lose in the process of waiting for a replacement? Will you find everything you need in one place, or are you going to have to shop from multiple vendors? And are you going to be home to receive all of these deliveries? It didn't take me too long to figure out that the better decision - for me, anyway - would be to buy locally.
I visited Bayshore Supply (at my GC's recommendation), Excel, Floorcraft and Ferguson. I got minimal-to-no help from any of these places. Apparently, none of them needed $6k+ worth of business! Hung, on the other hand, patiently answered my questions about the difference between a pressure balance valve and a thermostatic one and always made sure I knew that I could call him if I had any problems with any of the items. I did end up buying my bathtub from Ferguson (only because Hung did not sell the particular brand I wanted). When I asked if he carried a particular sink, he told me he didn't and then referred me to a dealer who could sell it to me for 25% off list price. One suggestion I have for you, interested reader, is to shop online, visit the big showrooms to see the actual items in person, and then go place your order with Hung. He does not have much of a showroom, but don't let that deter you from doing business with him.
I ended up having a problem: one of my sinks turned out to be too big for my custom vanity. Hung helped me find another option and gave me no trouble with the exchange. He also held all of my items and delivered them to me (or had the smaller items available at his shop for pickup) when I needed them. This was a huge help to me since my garage didn't have space for everything.
Though I won't be renovating my bathrooms anytime soon, I would work with him again. And I will certainly recommend Hung to any of my friends who are thinking about re-doing theirs.

Since we started our project, we always had a better experience with those small independent businesses than big shops, such as Contractor Appliance, Kitchen Sync. Owners are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you find things for you.
From all those five star reviews and we thought this would be one of that kind of shops. We walked in and saw the guy behind the computer screen, no greeting or even a nod. Fine. The place is tiny and things are all over the place. Not a big deal. We were looking at shower sets first. I went up to the guy and explained what we are looking for and tried to start the conversation. It was so hard to have a productive conversation like I was begging for some tips during an exam. My wife asked what is a good value brand, he pointed to the Hansgrohe, but I didn't like the look. So I asked about another brand which is a lot more expensive which is 4x times cost of Hansgrohe. He then explained some of the differences and why one is more expensive than the other. Naturally, I wanted to know if there is something priced in between, then he started to repeat, 'you have to pay for the design, blah blah'. All I wanted are a couple of other brands recommendation. I was pretty pissed at this point, but since we drove all way down here, I ended up asking him about a couple of more things. Again, to be fair, he did tell us about a brand we didn't know and explained a couple of things. But, it was just such unpleasant conversation. We said thanks and left the store.
Maybe the guy was just grumpy that day, but it was clear he did not want our business and we didn't need his attitude.
If I want this kind of experience, I would at least go somewhere with easy parking.

Late by 20 minutes to open up, ask if he's ready or should I give him some time, but he told me to come in. I told him I'm looking to remodel 2 bathrooms and need faucets for a shower only, and a shower/tub combo and I'm interested in the Hansgrohe and the Grohe brand. He didn't seem to suggest anything except to tell me for Hansgrohe, a basic pressure assisted valve, no trim, is $300 and just a 24"" shower bar alone is $300. Look anywhere else, it definitely doesn't cost that much.
Guess it's his way of telling me I can't afford it by doubling the prices? Definitely seen better price and service at HomeDepot & Lowes or online stores like eFaucets and Amazon. Always good to do a little research before walking into this place.

Nobody better! It's that simple. High end products at great prices. Excellent service. A pleasure to work with Hung. Thank you!!!

Totally mesmerized with the build and quality of the ""Sunrise Specialty"" fixture that arrived in the mail yesterday and was originally purchased from this store. Surpasses all others I've tried for clawfoot tubs (mostly from the Restorer's Magazine) that was in equal in price range, but only half the quality against what I'm now comparing with. It's build is rock solid and heavy like a tank, with a heavy nickle plating that's equal or more to the originals that were produced over a hundred years ago. You won't find many of this quality anywhere in today's market. Simply the best!

There is a reason why Hung has one four star review and seventeen (now eighteen) five star reviews--if you need to remodel a bathroom talk to Hung. When I had to buy bathroom fixtures for two bathrooms (one shower only, one tub/shower), Hung gave me a choice between two modern Grohe and Hansgrohe models. At first I was shocked by the cost, but Hung explained that you pay for a good shower valve so that you don't have to rip out your shower to fix it or to prevent water issues. I talked to my contractor; Hung was right. I also checked online and found Hung's prices to be either less or slightly higher ($10) than what I could find online. However, Hung has more than twenty years of experience dealing with the customer service teams of these vendors so when something breaks down Hung has your back. You don't get that online.
When I ordered my parts from Hung, it took fifteen minutes. He chose everything for me based on my choice of a shower fixture. He picked out my shower head, wall sink fixtures, etc. etc. After having made so many structural, plumbing and electrical decisions, I was thankful that Hung could order a cohesive look for both of my bathrooms and I didn't have to spend hours looking at bathroom fixtures.
I actually bought my Toto toilet and carrier from Floor Craft--Hung worked at Floor Craft for thirteen years. Even though I did not buy my toilet from Hung, Hung printed out the $120 rebate the City of San Francisco gives you when you install a low-flow toilet.
I told Hung I loved him because he made this part of my six figure renovation EASY.
P.S. Hung won't cost you six figures...

We spent thousands of dollars with Hung and we don't regret one cent.
Hung helped us complete a house remodel, supplying the majority of our kitchen and bath fixtures, sinks, and accessories.
We found him remarkably available and responsive with both calls and emails. He was knowledgeable regarding product specs, additional needs (various valves, etc), permitting rules, and product pricing and availability. He spent a great deal of time listening to what we wanted and offering suggestions for appropriate alternatives if necessary. No pressure, just information and advice.
Pricing by far the best in the Bay, and generally better than the best pricing I could get online. Hung also took back parts that didn't fit or we didn't like.
Really just a fantastic retail service experience. Highly recommended. Go play at Decorative Plumbing Supply in San Carlos (showroom is great) then call Hung at LP for what you want and need.

Hung is amazing to work with, super knowledgeable.
Recomended to me by my plumber and I would not hesitate to recomend him to others.

After reading LP's reviews on Yelp, we had to travel across town to get help with a new kitchen faucet, soap dispenser and water dispenser. The ""showroom"" isn't what you might expect, but don't be put off. Hung and team are awesome. We purchased a Waterstone faucet that is not only superb quality, but the best price we'd seen anywhere. Hung is easy going and super easy to work with. Highly recommend!
