Terrible service. Dont call this company. Theyll charger you a lot without a good quality of work. I have to hire another plumber because they didnt fix our plumbing problem.

First, my disclaimer, I'm from the city so when my electric bill tripled I never thought it was my well until I had no water!! That's when I found out the fitting was plastic and not brass and over time it cracked..Why would you put plastic on?? Because it's the cheap way out. Now the shower diverter isn't working. No adequate water flow to the showerhead or the hand held. Why because the diverter that was installed (the replacement) was the wrong one. Instead of telling me that they just Mickey moused it. Probably because the correct model was obsolete, but never mentioned it. Is this how a plumber does business??? Half ass. Not when I'm paying top dollar for their service. So you can gather from by review, to avoid them at all cost..because HONESTY..is still the best policy.

I recommend this company. I spoke to the owner and 4 employees on more than occasion. They worked with me and my home warranty company until the job was completed. From the person who answered the phone to each employee that came out to my home, everyone was professional, knowledge able and friendly. Thank you Loyd Plumbing.
