I requested estimates for handyman work and this company was the first to respond through messages and immediately scheduled an appt at 9AM a few days after I requested a quote. He never showed up. No call,no messages of telling me why he cancelled. Pls don't be part of this Yelp program if you're not willing to follow through. You wasted my time as I had to take some time off from work. Unreliable.

I needed a cartridge replaced in my 30 year old shower faucet. Contacted several plumbers but decided to go with Plumbers Hi because of a very fair estimate and the positive reviews on Yelp. Plumbers Hi did not disappoint. Jason and his helper were very professional. He came on time and worked diligently on repairing my faucet. I was very impressed by this young man. I have found a plumber I can trust and I am now a life long customer. Thank You Jason!

Switched 2 water heaters for me in a timely manner but giving 2 stars because Jason said he was going to dump my older water heaters but never came back to pick them up. Texted him a few times asking if I should arrange to get rid of them myself but he said he would still come back. He never did. I was in the process of moving so I decided to just dump them myself, adding a little more stress to an already stressful move to the mainland. Disappointed with how he handled the process of saying he would dump my water heaters. If he was upfront, then I wouldn't have such an issue. I missed the window to schedule a bulk item pick up because I waited too long due to him saying he was coming back.

I definitely would recommend this business. I needed a quick plumbing job and reached out to numerous plumbers to get an estimate and schedule availability. Out of all of them, 808 Plumbing and Jason, the owner, was the most responsive and very communicative about availability and scheduling. Jason was on time and was very professional, and was able to complete the job very quickly. Thank you Jason.

5 STARS for RESPONSIVENESS, VALUE, COURTEOUS, PROMPT, w-Exceptional and Respectful Customer Service!!! Placed a Work Request Late at Nite (after 8pm). Jason R of ""Plumbers HI/808 Plumbing"" promptly and courteously responded for assistance. Work involved replacing my leaking Front Yard and Back Yard Hose Bib Valve Stems as it was over 20 years old, very heavily oxidized and corroded. Jason knew what to do right away and responded with a Fair and Reasonable estimate way within the cost of many established plumbers in the area and gave us open times to promptly do the repair (next day). Even while working Jason found out that he needed more time to do the repair with care (due to the extensive corrosion in the old hose bib and possible damage to the existing PVC Plastic pipe behind the wall). Jason then went to find better more durable quality valve stems to replace the old to which he did. Jason also offered to do a follow-up check when he is in the area to make sure all is running well and that we the customer are satisfied. That EXTRA Effort, with no change in price, showed me the high integrity of this Plumber in wanting to ""DO THE JOB RIGHT""!! Very well-trained experience Licensed Plumber!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason R and ""Plumbers HI/808 Plumbing"". He also gave me a Reasonable and Fair Estimate to replace my old leaking plastic Backflow Preventor and deteriorated Shutoff Valve in the front of my house.
