I had the pleasure of using this company today. Originally, I was going to use a company via my home warranty with American Home Shield. Because that company had such a low rating, I cancelled it and contacted Loyalty. They called me when they were on the way and were on time. They charge a 45.00 trip charge which they apply to your repair bill. They did the repair with 30-45 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well. The repairman advised me that he thought they were contracted to our home warranty, but upon checking, they were not. Irregardless, We will use them again.great experience!

Great Great GREAT! Came in, fixed our problem in WAY less than expected time and the price was amazing. Super nice and polite. Even gave us a referral to a handyman who could fix a different (non-plumbing) issue. Oscar & Justin are the best in the business.

We had an unfortunate experience with Loyalty Plumbing. We have two hot water heaters and neither of their pilot lights would stay lit for more than a few seconds. We called and Aldo sent two very nice guys, Justin and Chris, to come check them. They said that the thermal couplers were faulty. We asked if they thought it was odd that both went out on the same day, at the same time, and they said "it happens". They also said that the thermal couplers were 10+ years old and needed to be changed anyway. We said how could that be possible because the house was built 5 years ago? And they said "builders do that". Once the two new thermal couplers were installed they said "actually, it wasn't the thermal couplers - you don't have any gas coming through the line and so you'll need to call Centerpoint Energy - it must be a problem with them but we'll only charge you for the $125 service fee". Once they returned inside with the debit card machine they said Aldo told them they must charge us $250. Centerpoint Energy came out and confirmed that gunk in the regulator was causing low gas flow. Once the regulator was changed both pilot lights stayed lit. One would think that the plumber could check the gas flow first before changing perfectly good thermal couplers and charging $250. We called Aldo to talk about this and he was less than understanding ... he said "I will do you a favor and refund you $25 dollars". This refund has not been given - but more disheartening than that - we feel we've been unfairly treated by Aldo and Loyalty Plumbing. We recommend you call a different plumber.

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. These folks got back to me immediately and were able to fit me in the very next day. Aldo (the owner) and Justo came together and were both incredibly friendly and professional. Aldo goes out of his way to be conversational and personable, which really makes all the difference when you're bringing strange people into your home. I was given a very reasonable estimate up front, complete with a breakdown of the charges. They got right to work and it was all done quickly and with minimal fuss. Bonus: they put everything back exactly where they found it.

Awesome company with excellent customer service! We've used Loyalty for repiping, re-routing water lines and other troubleshooting plumbing. They are flexible with tenants schedules. Aldo and team are always responsive. Now my go-to plumbing company.

They came to my house to repair a Rheem tank less water heater. They indicated it was the motherboard. They said Rheem would not send out a replacement board. They would only send a replacement heater. They left and called back later. They indicated Rheem would not do anything until the heater was flushed out before confirming the source of the problem. Loyalty offered to flush the unit for $275. I declined and contacted Rheem directly. Rheem denied requiring the flushing and said if a motherboard was needed they would send the board and not have the unit replaced. They worked with me and in ten minutes determined the problem was an igniter. THEY SENT ME THE PART OVERNIGHT EXPRESS AT NO CHARGE. It took me 5 minutes to install the igniter and the unit is working fine.
