We had an unfortunate experience with Loyalty Plumbing. We have two hot water heaters and neither of their pilot lights would stay lit for more than a few seconds. We called and Aldo sent two very nice guys, Justin and Chris, to come check them. They said that the thermal couplers were faulty. We asked if they thought it was odd that both went out on the same day, at the same time, and they said "it happens". They also said that the thermal couplers were 10+ years old and needed to be changed anyway. We said how could that be possible because the house was built 5 years ago? And they said "builders do that". Once the two new thermal couplers were installed they said "actually, it wasn't the thermal couplers - you don't have any gas coming through the line and so you'll need to call Centerpoint Energy - it must be a problem with them but we'll only charge you for the $125 service fee". Once they returned inside with the debit card machine they said Aldo told them they must charge us $250. Centerpoint Energy came out and confirmed that gunk in the regulator was causing low gas flow. Once the regulator was changed both pilot lights stayed lit. One would think that the plumber could check the gas flow first before changing perfectly good thermal couplers and charging $250. We called Aldo to talk about this and he was less than understanding ... he said "I will do you a favor and refund you $25 dollars". This refund has not been given - but more disheartening than that - we feel we've been unfairly treated by Aldo and Loyalty Plumbing. We recommend you call a different plumber.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

My warranty company called these guys to snake a drain that was backed up. The owner of the company sends a report to my warranty company different to that which was left for me. His technician left my house saying the job was fixed and told his boss and my warranty company something completely different.

I called them to come back, they show up and refused to do the job. Never heard of a company who sends a plumber out to fix a pipe and refuses to do a job which I paid for. Also these guys only schedule between 9-11am for warranty companies. Makes it impossible for some ppl to schedule around work. They arent flexible at all. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent customer service: Aldo answered my phone call on Mother's Day while he was at the park with his kids. Soon after he came over with his kids in tow and checked the source of the busted waterline in our kitchen foundation which had caused flooding of our kitchen. He gave me options for repair and a report for my insurance claim without hesitation. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hired Loyaty based on reviews. Had tried 2 other popular companies only to get wild wait times and broken promises. Loyalty showed up on time and with proper manpower to diagnose issue ( tree roots). Had to dig under foundation, but put everything back neatly. Extensive repipe necessary and rightly expensive but I had complete trust in them.

Should've called Loyalty first!!! Called them after being stood up for two days by two different company's with no hot water. They sent a crew literally five minutes after I told what the problem was. The two gentlemen came right out tried to fix the problem I ended up having to replace the water heater (lasted 14 years no complaints about that) they worked diligently, neatly, stayed late didn't rush me, blow me off, or up sale the job. Sohail and Dracy work very well in sync together and communication between the two was great! I will not hesitate to keep this company on speed dial for any and everything. Thanks Loyalty you now have a loyal customer!!!!

Good service, they responded on a Saturday in about an hour to hour and a half after first contact. Were able to diagnose a problem quickly, were reasonable on price, and did good work. I had the main water line leading into my house crack at the valve. They installed new Ball valve and PVC pipe.

The guys at Loyalty recently replaced my shower hardware, after a broken lever-style drain plug mechanism failed.

Gave me good advice on options, answered my (many) questions, and did great work.

Could've swept up after themselves, but a minor nit.
