I was referred to Loyalty Plumbing by a friend who used them for her home. She was extremely pleased with their service and the quality of work they provided. I discovered a possible water leak in the laundry room on Sunday night. I called the number provided and they actually answered immediately. I was shocked that it was not an answering service. They dispatched a technician the following morning and assessed the situation. Daniel was the initial tech who arrived to diagnose the leak. Fortunately we were able to narrow down the problem but Daniel went into the attic where the water lines are located twice to verify that there was no leak. He also ruled out everything possible by spending time with the home. Daniel then created a work order for the items that needed to be repaired. I was scheduled for repair the next day and a technician named Jared arrived on time as scheduled. Jared took the time he needed and never appeared to be rushed. Jared left his work looking like a new build and cleaned up as if the plumbing company was never here. This company is professional and friendly and they exceeded my expectations with their knowledge and professionalism I'd like to also note that there was a moment where Daniel reached out to his boss via telephone while he was here on day one and wanted to share with him his findings of no leak and sought additional insight. I really thought this was impressive because rather than just saying, ""sorry I can't find a leak, bye!"" he felt confident in his findings and diagnoses but wanted to confirm this with his supervisor. Side note, Daniel brought my trash cans in from the street. This was a simple gesture that went above and beyond. I will be referring this company to my community and any of my friends and family based on their professionalism, friendliness, confidence, patience and knowledge. I give the product and service I paid for a 10/10

After calling and requesting valve and drain to be changed out loyalty took it upon themselves to tell my husband all the unnecessary work that needed to be done and had him sign off on a quote. ($2,200) When I got home from work, I walked into a loyalty plumber changing out the size of my pipes to accommodate a smaller valve to accommodate a smaller cartridge to accommodate all new fixtures because I was told the backing plate for that brand was the only brand that could cover the large hole. And they were replacing fixtures with chrome when everything in my home is brushed nickel. Then I'm asked to order my own fixtures because I don't want Crome. The hole appears to be cut too large and I ask if the backing plate is even gonna cover the hole and he assures me yes. After that first day of work, he says I have to order a special order backing plate because the hole is too big. After special order, backing plate comes in representative takes it upon himself to change out my showerhead when not asked, puts backing plate in and uses a very large glob of caulking, and it's not clean cut at all after being unsatisfied they have to send out a more experienced technician after removing backing plate He stumbles upon chunks of fiberglass glued together like a jigsaw puzzle (see picture) to try to accommodate the too large of hole that was cut thinking I wasn't gonna notice. instead of being honest about him cutting too large of a hole he covered it up. Thought I was not going to notice the sloppy make shift work. Now we are in the process of having fiberglass specialist finish the work and this has been almost 6 weeks of a headache and dishonesty. If he would've just been honest and not tried to cover it up, could've been done with this.we are still expected to pay $1,900 for this work. I would not trust loyalty, plumbing with any projects in the future.

We were in a pinch with what seemed like a small leak but could have been something serious. Luckily we called Loyalty Plumbing and they came out to assess what we needed. Justin let us know when he was about 20-30 minutes away. He arrived and was very professional. He went right to work checking valves, water pressure, water softener, the quality of our water in our sink and our osmosis system. It was actually quite fun to watch him perform the tests. He had some facts about water that we actually weren't aware of but I can't tell you that. You have to ask for Justin to come out and test your pipes and water.
He placed covers on his feet before entering our house and he turned a blind eye to our messy house. Lol. He was very polite and personable. We really enjoyed speaking with him and getting to know a bit about him and the company. We negotiated some of the pricing with our services and Justin and his team were wonderful with trying to help us make it work.
Justin did his work quickly and efficiently. He was very thorough, precise, and kept his work area clean. It was an all in all great experience.
Sometimes you can really get nervous about the cost and extra things that having to call a plumber can cost. Loyalty plumbing, put our mind at ease about a company trying to take advantage and they really helped us out. We highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing and make sure to request Justin.

Yesterday was the second time I had to reach out to Loyalty Plumbing with a plumbing need (thanks Jared Purcell!). This time our hot water heater went out. From the first call to schedule until the end of the repair, I cannot say enough about this amazing company! I wish I could remember the first person's name I spoke with but we definitely had some laughs about me taking bird baths until this gets done. Then I spoke with Dena and joined their loyalty club (so worth it), and lastly was Jeanette who called to confirm the appt. My service technician was Justin Kausal, and he was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, courteous and just made the whole experience flawless. If you ever have a plumbing need, you cannot do better than Loyalty Plumbing!!

We had a clogged toilet and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. We contacted loyalty and they came out next day.. Landon was our service tech who is very informative and knowledgeable and friendly. They resolved the problem quickly at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this company.
