Great guys the owner came out and took care of me in an emergency he broke down the cost was very reasonable and they went above an beyond I will be recommending to anyone for any plumbing issues

This company was hired to fix a pipeline under the concrete where we live. I was disgusted by how they left the building during the job. They left huge open holes open in the concrete during the job. An official commented what a filthy mess this jobsite was. They had unexpected issues and the mess went on for weeks. The workers threw their plastic drink and water bottles around the property- like everywhere was their trashcan. So disappointing. They had a pair or workers shoveling dirt back in the holes - they were playing music that echoed throughout the buildings- but thankfully they did turn it off when someone asked them to.( it's not like these folks were out in the middle of nowhere and could blast their music without bothering someone else) Just a terrible work ethic or lack of training or both. We have had complicated plumbing jobs done by other companies- I was shaking my head in disbelief at this company. I can't comment on the price since I do not yet know how much it cost our association.

Loyalty Plumbing did an entire home water **re-pipe**. They did an amazing job! Great value! My husband and I were a bit worried we would have to remodel the bathroom and kitchen afterwards. BUT they did such a great job that other than careful detailed exact cuts (so carefully done!) on the drywall, nothing else needed attention later. Wow! We are so satisfied with the job performed by Daniel, Eric and Jose!! Katerine in the office also kept us informed about the permit they issued and we also received courtesy calls prior to arrival, they were great! Thanks for the outdoor shower as well, you do so many things and all of them are so carefully done, always putting attention to detail. We highly recommend you to anyone to do **re-pipes**, ALSO thanks for protecting the floors and furniture prior to commencement of the job. Thanks Loyalty Plumbing! **Re-Pipe** done right!!
