First, I would like to say that my husband and I could not be happier with the service that we received. Alex was the tech assigned to come assess our leak today. We appreciate that he sent a text, and gave us a call when he was en route. During the call, Alex wanted to know a little about the problem we were experiencing and my husband began giving him some background on the leak and awaited his arrival.
Once Alex arrived, he came in and wore booties over his boots to avoid dragging in outside dirt into our home *very nice touch* and was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about what was needing to be fixed. He explained thoroughly, and answered any and all questions we had. Speaking with him was effortless, and I love the honesty and relatability he brought to the job as it felt like we were talking with a friend. Thank you so much, we will gladly be giving Loyalty Plumbing our business and recommending to our friends!

A truly AMAZING company! I called them about a slow toilet leak that I was really concerned about (I saw all these really positive ratings on Yelp and decided to give them a try). The toilet appeared to be leaking from the base and, since it was on the second floor, I was afraid that it was dripping down onto the first floor ceiling. I called them and they had one of their plumbers, Adrian, out within just a few hours. He was the most professional service person I've ever dealt with (seriously). He spent time examining the base and the tank, but was unable to locate any leaks (my wife had dried up the small patch of water, before he arrived). He mentioned several possibilities which could be causing the problem, and told me to take a video, if or when it happens, again, so that he can figure out the issue. He then asked me, since he was there, if there were any other issues we were having. I told him that there was an occasional leak beneath one of the other sinks. He took a look at it and found that the plug for the drain cleanout beneath the sink wasn't properly sealed. He went out to his truck, retrieved some sealant, and fixed the issue. The crazy thing is...since he couldn't determine the cause of the original issue, I wasn't charged for the visit. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have to be the most ethical company I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them, I will recommend them to anyone I know, and I will absolutely call them if I ever have a plumbing issue in the future. I have no relation to this company, except for what I described. They are top notch!

Technician Adrian came out to assess our bathtub replacement project and was very professional and courteous throughout. He spotted what we've done in the past and gave insights to what we could do to max out our investment in a new bathtub redo. Everything was well explained. We received fast responses from their friendly office staff as well. I would give a five star rating but nothing in life is perfect so I have to hold back a star.

I called because I needed my toilet plunged today. The lady who answered the phone was great. A kind, informed person, who I could feel really wanted to help. The person who came to work and change my defunct toilet was the best. He explained everything to me. The cost was fine. I didn't want to spend the money, but the whole thing was perfect.

They stand for their name loyalty to their customers. The first job I got done with loyalty Plumbing a year ago was I needed a sink ASAP. They gave me a great price for the labor and they did it in the same night. I called at 4 PM they came out 45mins and started on the job and took away my old sink and put in the new sink and the fixtures, and then added the reverse osmosis that gives good water. They were very polite and as they were working they were answering all my questions and they were happy to do it. The owner of Loyalty Plumbing, Alexy is so amazing she makes you feel at home. And if there's anything wrong, she'll make sure her loyalty employees are out to do the job ASAP and they do it right. It's going on two years and never had to call them back to refix any work they done.. The most awesome thing is being a member of Loyalty Plumbing because you get some perks. Alexy herself calls to remind you once a year to come out to make sure everything is working well in your home. You get amazing discounts on anything that needs to be done and they have amazing financing if needed. So last year I asked them about a water heater and a tankless water heater. There incredible Alex came out for the yearly maintenance he was funny, friendly, and answered any questions I had and was very patient. Alex drained the water heater out. It had rust in the water. He was letting me know that the water heater is old and needed to be replaced. He gave me two options another water heater or a tankless water heater. They both was priced very well, but we decided to go with the tankless water heater December 2023. They also refreshed my water softener tank that works even more amazing than before. I love the tankless water heater they put in. It feels so good to get hot water at all times. Angel and his partner Noah was the ones that put in my tankless water heater. And they did a great job. My HOA community is very strict on how things should look on the outside of your home. Alexy went out her way to match the paint that I have on the side of my house, sent Brian to paint the pipes from the tankless water heater. Just a week ago, my water softener was leaking and they sent out Adrian On a Sunday. he was smiling when he reached the garage door. I told him about the leak from the softener and the salt smelled moldy. He went the extra mile of kindness. He poured it out and cleaned the softener can. That brought tears to my eyes not only he rinsed the can out, He even put it back in good condition and then tightened up the hose that was leaking and regenerated the softener and poured the two new bags of salt softener in my garage into the can. He also shoveled up the old salt from the street and put it in the trashcan and cleaned up after. Adrian Was also happy to answer any questions I had on the softener and he also said if anything happens, just call them back. I was so happy, I gave Adrian a big hug and, pineapple juice and homemade chocolate chip cookies. Even my cats are happy with Loyalty Plumbing and they are very hard to please. I also don't want to forget their amazing Justin that's in the Financial department. His Voice sounds so calm and relaxed. He needs his own radio station. Personal note. I'm very lazy but straight to the point. Me adding more then two sentences for this review shows just how happy I am about their service. But I took the time to read other review about this company. For me if a company is horrible I don't write a review and I just don't call them again. And yes you get some good ones and you get some bad ones and that's true. Alexy's company name is perfect. Because we are all human beings that're trying to live up to every clients expectations. But it takes two. As a client we need to show kindness. These company's like Alexy is sacrificing their lives to give a service that we can't do ourselves.

I'm very annoyed that I forgot to take a before picture. But I love how it looks and that he took the time to get everything installed properly, new sink, new disposal, new faucet. Definitely recommend them .

We found water damage in our home and we're grateful to have Loyalty come out within 24 hours. Alex was our technician to help us and he did great work while explaining step by step what needed to be done and why. We look forward to working with Loyalty again. Please be aware if Bingham Restoration is called by Loyalty to your home. We are living a headache due to Bingham's work-- I suggest going with your insurance's restoration recommendation in regards to that.

We had Loyalty Plumbing come out to assess a bad leak under our kitchen sink and replace the faucet. I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness in scheduling an estimate and same-day service on a Sunday. The thoroughness and quality of the customer service throughout the experience was also excellent.

Adrian T was professional, detail oriented, proactive and gracious in communication, and kind to me and my family. He not only replaced our kitchen faucet, he examined all the plumbing fixtures throughout the entire house and tested our water softener for us.

I'd strongly recommend Adrian and Loyalty for any plumbing service and needs and would absolutely use them again.
