I've used Loyall Plumbing for several years, now, and they are prompt, friendly and affordable. I've never gotten a run around from them. I've had other service providers not show up and when I call give all kinds of excuses as to why the agent didn't arrive (usually something dramatic like an accident, death in the family, etc.) and yet I wasn't notified of the delay. None of that kind of cr*p from Loyall! This morning Matt was scheduled to arrive between 8:00-8:30 to install my new bathroom vanity and he showed up just a couple minutes after 8:00! Earlier in the week he came promptly when I had a leak from my cold water line that went from a drip that dropped about 2"" overnight into a container to filling a 2 gallon pail in just a couple hours! I like this company!

This company is awesome. We have had serious hit or miss issues with plumbers and were very concerned when we noticed water seeping out from below our kitchen cabinet and couldn't find the leak. Well. Wow. We called Monday at 8 and he was there by 10. It was indeed a leak inside a wall. You really want a competent person when the repair involves cutting into a wall. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and correctly too. Bonus, the cost was reasonable: as a matter of fact we would have paid more! Friendly fellow too! Highly recommended!

For women who are either first time home owners or simply don't know much about water heaters and plumbing, I assure you that you will be in good hands with Loyall Plumbing. Loyal himself came out and inspected my water heater and I must say, he is a very kind person, humble, and honest, and really a nice guy who is NOT out to take your money. He gave me a reasonable quote and his service was efficient, professional and I highly recommend him and his team of expert plumber technicians who do not mind explaining what they are doing and how things work in the world of gas pipe connections, types of water heaters, temperature control, water compression, sediment collection, etc. ! Loyal and his son Matt were recommended by Garage Door repairman, Donald, who by the way is a nice guy and does excellent work on garage doors!
