I had the pleasure of the owner coming out. You should know he had every opportunity to take advantage and make money. I have a home warranty and he could have charged anything under the sun but he looked at the problem was able to explain everything was able to handle business right away. He ended up leaving without it costing anything to my insurance. Really great customer service I definitely recommend this company.

Loyall Plumbing at (661) 264-4072 has excellent customer service and plumbing experts. I did my research and knew what I needed and the expected price range. My water heater needed to be replaced and I was given an apppointment over Thanksgiving weekend...which was a pleasant surprise. The time frame was 8 am to 9 am and Matthew arrived promptly at 8 am. He was professional and pleasant while he explained the new water heater functions and maintance. The price range quoted was within my budget and much to my joy, I paid the low end of the price range. I will use Loyall Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and recommend highly for good pricing and excellant service.

Used Loyall through my home warranty company and they called the same day and schedule for the next day! Nick did an excellent job fixing my toilet tank leak, my stubborn tub faucet leak along with my clogged drain! I would recommend this company as they were quick and professional.

Loyall is an excellent plumber who is extremely honest and has great prices. I've used him twice now and was pleasantly surprised when the bill was less than quoted. Come to find out he gives a 10% senior discount. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and is very pleasant and fun to talk to. Highly recommended!

I have to say that Loyall plumbing does a really great job at an honest price. We've had to call them twice since we moved to the AV 5 years ago and they've done an awesome job both times. Most recently we called them on a Friday afternoon for a broken hot water heater, and they came out first thing Saturday morning and had it fixed in no time. The lady who works in the office was extremely helpful over the phone- I had a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable. The plumber arrived on time and had the job done quickly... He was a really nice, friendly guy as well.
Apparently, when they gave us a quote on the phone they had forgotten to include a $30 charge for some small part- but they stuck to the quoted price and wouldn't let me pay the additional $30 even when I offered. If you need a plumber, I would highly recommend these guys for good, honest work.

This company flushed our tankless water heater almost 2 years ago for$55. When I scheduled new appointment last week I was told that price didn't change. When their guy showed up he said that it will cost $120. I've been trying to contact company several times leaving messages to no response. I don't think this is the way to run your company. Won't use them again.

I would highly recommend Loyall plumbing . After several plumbers misdiagnosed the correct solution for our plumbing problem , Loyall had the right answer.
He ordered the a special part and installed it promptly . The solution also saved us over $2500.00 .

I came across this company because of my home warranty. I filed a claim by 1pm and by 3pm on the same day Loyall Plumbing was calling me to set up an appointment. Matt came to my house within the time frame I was given. I talked to him and asked a bunch of question to which he gladly answered. He was very honest with all his info and made me feel comfortable at the same time. I asked him for a quote for something other than what the home warranty would cover and his quote was very competitive. I would definitely call Loyall for any issues that my home warranty won't cover.
