I would 100% recommend Loyall plumbing. They go above and beyond for customers and are honest. I've had them come out a few times through my home warranty and have always done a great job. This time was a bit different, my warranty company sent out a dispatch to another company and right away i knew it wouldn't work out i was getting a quote from that other company without them having seen the problem yet and so I had them dispatch another company and this time they sent it to Loyall. I knew I was in good hands, Amy scheduled me in and Loyall came out gave me a quote and I'm scheduled for a repair. Now here I am writing a review because I believe its important to acknowledge great service and honesty in a company, i would definitely recommend Loyall Plumbing!

Just moved into the area and recently received service from Loyall Plumbing. The gentlemen, who I believe is the owner, was really nice, funny, and professional. He fixed our problem fast and even gave some recommendations. Even though we had just bought this place, he said he remember being here a month or so prior because he installed the hot water heater. Will be calling upon his help once again when Its time to install a vent for my dryer. I highly recommend his services!

I highly recommend Loyall plumbing!!! I had a kitchen leak and a bathroom leak got 3 estimates and from all of those Loyal gave me a really good price that wasn't going to cost me a leg lol . I'm really happy with his work he was fast and efficient.

My sink backed up and my washer had water running all over the garage in the morning, The receptionist was very polite and sympathetic to my problem. Said she could have a technician out in a little over an hour. Matt arrived and was able to rota root the problem. Matt was very personable and explained he had rota rooted 55 ft to the main connection to make sure there wasn't any other blockage. The whole process took about 15 minutes and Matt gave me a 10% discount.

Water heater went out, showed up very quickly, being that this during the COVID-19 outbreak, he took the time to sanitize everything he touched right before he left and wore a mask the entire time. I've used Loyall Plumbing for several years, now, and they are prompt, friendly and affordable. I've never gotten a run around from them. I've had other service providers not show up and when I call give all kinds of excuses as to why the agent didn't arrive (usually something dramatic like an accident, death in the family, etc.) and yet I wasn't notified of the delay. None of that kind of cr*p from Loyall! This morning Matt was scheduled to arrive between 8:00-8:30 to install my new bathroom vanity and he showed up just a couple minutes after 8:00! Earlier in the week he came promptly when I had a leak from my cold water line that went from a drip that dropped about 2"" overnight into a container to filling a 2 gallon pail in just a couple hours! I like this company!
