We had a main water leak. We called Loyall and they happened to be in the area and had a fast response. They were able to fix it very fast and at a good price. The other plumbers said we had to wait until Monday.

Called about having whole house water filter installed. Was recommended by Lloyal Plumbing a certain brand. Plumber asked where the water shutoff was and told plumber it was outside. Plumber said water filtration system he recommended was fine outside when I questioned the effects of the sun and cold. Went to register water filtration system and was told that the warranty was void because the system was installed outside and because the filter is plastic that it would crack in the sun!! Water filtration system pamphlet says do not install outside, which the plumber did and recommends a bypass system, which the plumber did not install!!
Installation and material fees were over three times the cost of the water filtration system and were installed outside and without a bypass system.

Our kitchen faucet was spraying water from under the handle just as my husband was leaving for a business trip. Of course that's when it happened! Rather than calling our Home Warranty company and potentially waiting days for a plumber, we gave Loyall a call. We had used them once before through the warranty company and they had done good work.

Amy answers the phones and is pleasant and helpful! She scheduled the appt and even gave us a call when the plumber was available to come earlier than originally planned. Great communication!

Loyall, the owner/plumber arrived right on time with a mask on. I appreciated that during these times of COVID. He has a great demeanor, communicates well and clearly knows his craft. Now, towards honesty and integrity.. he asked if we still had a home warranty, which we do. It's not with one he is contracted with, but he said ""you know, they would cover both of the repairs you're requesting"". How kind! He was willing to give up a job to help a customer save money. I wanted it done right away, though and had him proceed. Ultimately, we only paid $20 more than we would have paid to the Home Warranty company!

Our faucet apparently only had a loose insert. He tightened and tested it to make sure. He could have sold us a new cartridge or faucet, but that's not his style.

If you're looking for a good, honest and fair plumber with integrity, give Loyall a call! I'm so happy that we did.

Five stars for sure, I have used this plumbing co. now several times, originally thru a home warranty company but after the first few jobs, I ask for them every time now. First, I like doing business with family owned businesses, they seem to care more for both their customers as well as the job they do.
I have never gotten the b s or cutting corners you get from others and they are honest with you.
My last few jobs, they have always had a mask on showing respect to those around them.
Try them once and everyone else will be your back up plumber from that point on as I have.

Loyall did a GREAT job. I had a leaking faucet called it in last night and he was here 20 minutes earlier than the appointment and had my faucet replaced within an hour. Very aware of COVID ""restrictions and wore a mask the entire time. Couldn't ask for a more professional and quick job!! Would I recommend?? 100000% YES!!
