Josh and Russell put a new furnace in for me ! They were professional and did a great job ! they explained everything to me about the new furnace and even changed a humidity filter for me which they didn't have to do . they explained the thermostat and taught me which furnace filters I should use for best performance! I also use them to deliver salt for my softener . They only charge $10 fir a 50 lb. bag and they put it in the container for me! They are friendly and ready to help! I would highly recommend Loyal Plumbing

I called in for service on a busted face plate. My water wouldn't turn off. They charged me 209 w a discount for 35-40 mins that they were in my house.
The apprentice turned off my pilot, and when I called to ask them to come back out to fix it the tech Zack just argued with me. I asked for resolution and they said I'd get a call back and nothing. Thank GOD I know how to lite a pilot but if I didn't my kids would have been out of hot water. Rude service and over priced. The ""stress free"" guarantee is a lie and false advertisement. They added more stress to my life yesterday than what I needed. That's for sure. I will never use this company again and I will make sure everyone knows and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

DO NOT USE THEM GET ANYBODY ELSE

I paid them $2600 for an easy ground floor electric water heater change.
MY BAD in agreeing to this amount, but because I had used them before and thought they would treat me fairly i did. I also needed someone right at the time and did not have anybody else lined up. I told the technician that I wanted a pan underneath the water heater. He told me that would be an additional $316. I told him that was highway robbery. He said that was what his book said to charge for the pan. I can get one at Lowes for $22. So that makes the book they use a guide for highway robbers and that makes them Highway Robbers. I will never use them company again and suggest no one else does.

Loyal plumbing Sucks You get a quote then they want first payment. Then do crap with in experience plumbers then want second payment saying their finished. They lie when you complain about the finished outcome. Highly do not recommend especially for expensive projects

My father lost the use of his bathroom, laundry and kitchen on Easter Sunday so Monday morning we called the company that he had used previously and they no longer unclog pipes. They recommended Loyal Plumbing and I'm delighted that they did! The plumber (Matt) arrived ahead of schedule, was polite, knowledgeable and efficient! My dad has already scheduled more work. Have used and recommended for years- then 2 weeks ago needed a bathroom faucet replaced -
Simple right? Charged me $760 plus and wouldn't itemize the bill!! 2 hours work they said plus faucet ( ordinary - they had in the truck) Unreal ! My fault I didn't get an estimate but didn't expect THAT!! Lesson learned !

Woke up one morning to an ""interesting looking"" ceiling... needless to say we had to tear into it and find out what was going on. We called a couple other places and didn't even get a call back. Thank goodness the phone was answered by Loyal Plumbing! The young man who came out did an exceptional job, was very friendly and took care of it! The cost was also very affordable and he even took care of another (small) issue we had in the basement. Loyal Plumbing is a great company and we will definitely call them if we ever have an issue again!

We had a shower drain problem on a Saturday. No one in Hot Springs was available at all. Chose Loyal based on their reviews. Grant was here much faster than expected. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Mostly, very HONEST. He fixed the problem & the invoice was more than fair (emergency callout & 50 mile trip charge each way). Very pleased. Requested estimates for 3 more major projects. We are now a LOYAL customer. Thanks again.

We discovered what appeared to be a slow leak in our hot water heater, fortunately before something worse happened when least expected. Loyal Plumbing (Jeremy & his partner) responded to our call quickly, arriving the next morning. They assessed the situation & gave an estimate for what we felt was a fair price. They made sure the job was done right. Very professional & nice fellows. We're satisfied, will use Loyal for our future needs, & would recommend this company to our family & friends.

I just noticed on my Yelp account it says we are in Olympia, WA still. I Want to be clear that this is a true and accurate review of Loyal Plumbing. We now live in Deadwood,SD.
First I would say, I would like to give a 4 1/2 star, but it won't let me. I take off a 1/2 a star only for the estimate given, and even then, this was a difficult and not of the ordinary. We had done a lot of the plumbing on our new build (which Mark said was done very well, thank you!!); Mark had to come in to a project that needed a few things hooked up and all the lines to our in-floor I just noticed on my Yelp account it says we are in Olympia, WA still. Want to be clear that this is a true and accurate review of Loyal Plumbing. We now live in Deadwood,SD. I am computer challenged! heat from 2 different places. He had to work with the propane company to move our lines, figure out what was needed for our situation, (which was NOT a normal situation), and install. He and his crew did an excellent job. We are now enjoying the benefits of all ours and their hard work and the low electric bills. I also will say that we were not the easiest to work with just because we had and were doing so much of the work ourselves and they were waiting on us to finish and organize our end. There was miscommunication from both us; but Mark handled it professionally and did all that he said he would do. I couldn't even get other plumbers to consider the job. Everyone, from Roger in the office, to all of his crew and Mark himself are top notch and above all have honesty and integrity. You just can't do better than Loyal Plumbing.
