We were heading out of town on a Sunday morning during the holiday weekend and had a massive clog in our ancient water system. It was flooding two of our sinks, emitting brown water. Eric took the call before 9am and scheduled their later that morning. We had to leave the door unlocked letting these perfect strangers into our home with the hope that all would be well. They called when they got there, sent videos and fixed the problem ASAP. Their fee was totally affordable for us middle class folks. I will call them for our plumbing needs in the future. Eric has been my go-to plumber for 3 or 4 years now. He is very easy to work with and honest. I have an older house and he's done everything from changing out my water heater, installing new toilets and sinks, fixing a sink that didn't produce hot water, to clearing a difficult clog where the toilet had to be removed to get to the blockage. His pricing is great. Made me realize how overcharged I was in the past by the larger plumbing companies. He's very quick to schedule and always on time. I won't go to anyone else. I recommend giving him a call!
