They were beyond phenomenal! Thier service was more like 15 stars then 5. Not only are they reasonably priced, the job was done right not just the easy way and thier care for quality is impressive. Thier polite, respectful, and efficient. They even were nice enough to take the time and open the hood of my jeep for me, which I couldn't do with my broken wrist at the moment, so I could charge my battery.

I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. You should consider doing that too!

Very high estimate and the very bad repair job these guys are a bunch of hacks. They did not fix the leak and now my son cannot take a shower !

Rather than doing the repair properly with PVC, they used 7 flex couplings within a 5 ft span and an accordion trap. Completely unprofessional. I had to have another plumber come out and fix the ""repair"" they did.

I called for an estimate for a repair that I tried myself. Explained my hesitation at his quote and he was easily offended and ran down his credentials. Not for me.

I have used Gary for multiple water heater replacements and clogged drains. They are always timely, professional and do great work!

Avoid at all costs to work with this company. I paid $15,000 (yes, you see correctly) for a job and was left with a load of debris on the premises and two sinks that don't drain. I was promised this would be fixed at no extra charge. but when I checked and found out it was not done, I contacted the owner, Mr. Gary Scott, who told me it was not part of the scope of the work, three wees after I made the final payment.
The least I expected when he knew he could not fulfill his promise, was that he would contact me and let me know. But instead, he got all arrogant, tried to give me a lecture, and told me I have a ""character flaw"". I know I have more But I also know he is not perfect.
If you want to work with this company, make sure you watch them like a hawk, make them clean up and keep a big part of your payment until you are completely satisfy. Better yet, go somewhere else.
