Craig and his team have been nothing short of spectacular. They did a difficult job, on time and on budget. They were able to make significant changes to all of our household plumbing without inconveniencing us as we lived in the house while they made the changes. They told us what they would do and delivered. They are coming back for even more work later on when we do phase 2!

We bought a home in Hilton Head in the spring of 2014 and it was a complete remodel. We used Low Tide for the entire house including an outdoor shower. They are courteous, show up on time , and the job gets done! We have even called them for emergencies ! We would recommend they for small to large repair or installation.
