recommended by a licensed plumbing contractor. I'm pretty sure he isn't licensed. gas leak requiring mainline be replaced. this is his specialty that of augering under the sidewalk and connecting new lines without much digging. the plumbing contractor was going to finish the job but decided to let Sergio do it without telling me. he finishes and the next day shows up banging on my front then back door early. I go out and he asks for a check for $4,000. I ask for an invoice and he doesn't have one. I told him to provide an invoice and I'd take a look at it. he then asks me to pay him $3,000 and I decline.

I would have paid him up to $3,000 had he given me an invoice and that would have been
over $300 an hour for a journeyman and one exp and one inexper apprentices working for a contractor and that's a high rate. it also would have covered materials and equipment rental

I'm a finance professional and very experienced with the business trades.

beware, lot of scams going on right now. if you contact someone to I do work for you and they come out nicely dressed driving a non construction type vehicle, they are construction pimps. do not hire them.

Run away! Lots of promises made and endlessly broken. Sergio lies all the time. Don't believe a word he says. He may be ""low cost"" but the frustration of dealing with the endless delays and lying to your face is impossible to ignore. I honestly don't know how he lives with himself. Don't use him as he is a jerk

Sergio and his team did an amazing job on a big sewer line bypass on my home. They did everything! Dug holes, jack hammered patio, tunneled directly under my house from backyard to front, replanted my plants, poured concrete, and patched the stucco. Amazing! And, they even lived up to their low cost name at less than half of another quote I received from another plumber. A+ job all around.

Sergio Jr. came to my house to clean out our Master Bedroom sinks. Both were plugged up. My handyman arranged for Sergio to come to my house, because my handyman couldn't clear the plug.
Sergio got here and he was patient, fast, efficient, clean, polite, professional. He has a lot of integrity too. I asked him if he could do some type of plumbing work and he said yes, but he didn't want to take any work away from my handyman. THAT'S integrity. I told him I always ask my handyman first. I have the best handyman ever! He has referred me to many other trades and now to know about Low Cost Plumbing is a huge blessing.
I live in an older house so it's a relief to know someone who I can TRUST, to take care of many plumbing issues.
