We had to have multiple sewer lines replaced in a short time, due to the citys lateral sewer inspection program. Sergio got the job done and was quite a bit less expensive than other companys. Still a big chunk of cash, but we had no choice, only 30 days to have it completed.

I am a Realtor representing a seller. The buyer and buyer's agent had Low Cost Plumbing come inspect the sewer lines in the house. The ""report"" he gave was so poorly written, it was unreadable and pathetic. Then we got the Request for Repairs with the quote - $14,000 to replace the sewer line from the house to the street and in the house. I had another company I have dealt with go scope the sewer line and their response was that there were a few minor roots, and everything else looked good. Cost to repair: $225 with a 1 year warranty. I was talking about it in my office and several other Realtors had the same exact experience with them. Be careful who you use!

I saw the ad for Low Cost Plumbing in the Axxess book so called them yesterday. Talked to Sergio and explained it wasn't a big job...backyard spigot has a slow leak.
He said he'd call me today, never called. I saw another ad in the Axxess book for DC Plumbing so called them this afternoon. They were out within two hours and replaced the spigot for $82.

Yes, it was wasn't a big job, but I appreciate DC Plumbing for their great service and will be calling them next time I have a plumbing problem!

Used (or tried to use) their services multiple times. We have plumbing issues. The first time we had them come put everything was ok. Not great! But they were cheap. The last few times (***IF***) we get a return call they either don't show or call us back after we already found someone to fix the issue. Last night was the last time. Called at 1:30am. Main line backed up and flooded out downstairs. Was told I'll have the on call plumber call you right back. I called 5 other plumbers while I waited. Didn't hear back until after 8am.

If you can be there for us on small jobs, we won't call you for bigger ones!

Great service! I have a water leaking under kitchen sink and I made several calls. Sergio is the only one who provides the service with job based and very reasonable rate. I don't like any hour based services with surprised charge and extended hours. Sergio and Joe showed up on time and got job done nicely. I will use them again and highly recommended!

Drains had failed under our slab foundation. Low Cost Plumbing offers ""trenchless"" drain, so we went ahead with that. This company was 25% cheaper than 2 other companies and said they would do all the work from the outside. The other companies said they'd have to go in through the bathroom floors and destroy not only the concrete slab, but the flooring too. Low Cost was very respectful of our space, the majority of the digging was done outside and things were restored to the condition that they were before this massive digging project.

The job ran a couple days longer than anticipated because they had to deal with a major failure in an apartment complex, but we were advised of the delay in advance and, since the work was all on the outside, we were fine with that.

A couple of neighbors have used Low Cost Plumbing because many drains are failing in this subdivision, and they were also very pleased with the quality of the work and the (relatively) reasonable cost.
