I had the pleasure of working with Kieth and his team during the past few months, and may I say I wish I found these guys way before I purchased my home! I had three furnaces and water heaters probably from 1980(?), which I thought I would be okay with (HA!).

The gas company came to turn on services but hesitated due to the sheer age of the furnaces. I ended up paying some company to assess the viability of the furnaces (they said I was better off buying new ones).

I found Kieth and his team through my property manager, who let me know they were a pleasure to work with for other clients and definitely get the job done right the first time around.
During my first call with Low-Cost Heating, I had a good feeling about going with them versus the other vendor (brought to me by my contractor). The pricing, ease of payment, and service provided was superb!

As I watched their teamwork through the installation, identifying problem spots, and finding the most suitable options for my newly purchased home, I knew this was a solid team and that I wanted to work with more and more in the near future.

A few months later, my home was broken into and a lot of bad things happened. I found duct work falling down, water pipes missing, water heater leads cut and much more ridiculous stuff in the home. I called Low-Cost Heating and these guys were not only there for the emotional support, but also the immense amount of work that needed to be done due to the break-in.

I normally do not have reviews this long, but words cannot capture how grateful I am for being introduced to these guys. They are like family now. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone that is looking for a reliable and trustworthy team to work with. Much love!

Great price. Great job. Called at 6 pm on a Friday and the furnace was in on Saturday. Nice people who did what they said they would.
