John just came to my small store and replaced my toilet. He gave me the option to buy on my own or he can purchase it also. I chose to buy it on my own. John was very helpful in what to purchase. He recommended Home Depot and I guess because he buys for his business he told me what to look for. And the best part of it, it was $107.00. Small little details he let me look for also. He warrants his work and it was done quickly and you wouldn't know anyone came to installed. He charged just $104.71. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumping.

There was a leak in my toilet valve. The first floor ceiling felt soft. I didn't know who to call, I have had so so experience with plumbers before. I check on Yelp & found this company had the best reviews. I called at 9am & left a message. Story short John came at 5:30 & finished by 6:30. Great price, great service, good advice. Will definitely call him again if I have plumbing issues.

Very reliable service! It did take about a day for John to respond to my voicemail (it was the weekend when I called) but he did get back to me the following Monday. After I explained that I had two chronically leaking toilets he sent Chris over to fix them. Chris was very professional and fixed both toilets in a timely manner. Unfortunately one of the toilets still had problems after repair; but Chris came over again and fixed the issue at no additional cost! Thank you Chris! I made a call to Chris on Thursday to make an appointment for sink issues (30June2017). but on Friday I got a phone call, saying he can't make it due to his personal/family matter. at that time I understood his situation, but we did reschedule our appointment and never showed up and couldn't get any phone call from him Just wondering why Chris never showed up for our appointment (03July2017). I even left txts and multiple phone calls. honestly, he could have done better with follow up and customer service.

- Great communication from the start. John contacted me almost immediately (8 or 9 other plumbers on Yelp with good reviews did not), and had his helper Chris contact me right away. Chris was out within a day or two to take a look at the job (water softener and whole house water filter install, which involved installing about 50-60 feet of pipe from the main line to the filter/softener and return). - Two days later (same week), John and Chris showed up exactly on time and finished the job in a couple hours. Wow. - Cost was $400 less than other quotes I had, and installation was completely professional with all copper piping. Noting Low Cost also has a 10% military discount... much appreciated John! - Bottom line, great communication, great work, quick turnaround, and great price. OMG! Chris just left doing a 20min job. I was a broke-anic last night and broke the pipes under my double kitchen sink. They said closed at 6pm but I called at 8pm for my disaster. Chris called back within minutes and scheduled to come by the next day. He was so easy to talk to and I'm in a panic. He arrived as planned...looked at the job...got the parts from his truck...and fixed it. 20min later he's leaving happy with a bag if lychee for his hāpai wife. Now we are both hero's for our family. Toilet leaked and called John to come take a look. Wax ring gone, new flange required . . . and boy, were they quick and efficient in getting it fixed. It wasn't a full on emergency, but they did come by to fix the toilet by the end of the day. Highly recommended!

By far the best plumber on the island. I've been trying to get a plumber to snake my lain sewer line for the past several days with no luck. I've used online sites such as Angie's List and Thumbtack and none of the recommended plumbers called me back. One guy was even a no show without a courtesy phone call. John at Low Cost Drain Plumbing was responsive and scheduled an appointment right away. I needed an 80-100 ft snake which he had. He kept in touch with me to let me know when he was available. He was the only one to call me back and keep in touch. The job was done quickly and most importantly it was done at an extremely fair price! John is serious about customer service and because of that I will not hire any other plumber other than John and Low Cost Drain Plumbing. Give them a call and you wont be disappointed!
