Matt to the rescue! He fixed out sink leaks and even sat down to explain what the problem was and on top of that, he even diagnosed some other problems we had with our plumbing. Thank God, because of Matt, we now understand what was wrong and what else was wrong with our house. My parents loved him the moment he stepped in! He fixed the problem that Carlos (Ala Wai Plumbing) didn't and even charged us a reasonable price. So thankful we found Matt.

Requested a quote online and after a phone conversation he came the next day to install my water heater. He recommended changing out a main valve along with installing the water heater and everything he quoted for labor was right on!

My toilet bowl was stuck over night. I wasn't sure what happened, if it was some hair that I had flushed out that night or something else. My housemates and I used a plunger to try unclogging the toilet but it seemed to just get worse. So then we looked on Yelp and found Matt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I needed someone to unclog my kitchen sink. Looked up plumber online and Low Cost Drain Plumbing came up 1st. All the reviews were good if not great and with only 1 not so good review. 10 good reviews out of 1 bad review... I'll take it. Called the number that was provided and John answered. I told him my problem and he was here within 2 hours bc he was currently on a job. When he got here I let him know what was wrong and he fixed the problem within half an hour.
