Mike came faster than expected, which I appreciated. There was no cost to evaluate my problem, where other companies charge you for just driving to your residence to see what the problem is.
He evaluated the problem and showed me through each step in the process. The grease in my pipes was roughly in three different locations and he rodded-out each one. He also gave me tips on how to prevent this (as much as possible) in the future. He also provided a three-month warranty.
He is the kind of guy that you would want to have a beer with afterwards, but he had to go to other jobs. Very friendly and I will pass-on his business cards to members of my family.

Yelp introduced me to Low-Co and I'm happy it did. After the plumbing company I have used in the past was unresponsive for several days, I used Yelp to send out quotes to plumbers. Low-Co wasn't the first to respond, but after speaking with Mike on the phone we had an appointment set up for the next day (which was a Sunday). Mike showed up within the arrival window quoted and also provided updates on his ETA.

He took care of the initial bathroom drain replacement and was willing to look at another minor matter (or so we thought) with the kitchen sink. Turned out his recommendation of looking further into the matter saved from a future mess. Learned a lot in the quick visit and saved money on what would've been a big headache.

Sent texts to several friends recommending Low-Co before Mike even left.

Had a great experience with Mike. My toilet was blocked for a month and after trying pretty much everything I called Low-Co Sewer through Yelp.
They came in a timely manner, service was great. And Mike told me that their work has a warranty of 3 months.
I had to call him back since I felt there is something still stuck in the toilet, he came within the same day and fix it without any cost.

With 3 months warranty for their services, I feel really safe and happy.

Service was impeccable. He went above and beyond what I asked. He effortlessly replaced a sewage pump, rodded our kitchen lines and assisted with replacing a shower door. He took time out of his own day to help find specific parts, visiting multiple stores in his efforts. Prices are incredibly affordable compared to market. I greatly appreciated him wearing a mask which put me at ease. I absolutely plan on using his services again!
