Amazing folks. Came out, inspected our furnace that was supposedly broken and needing to be replaced. The service guy made a few adjustments, cleaned up the burners a bit and in doing so, saved us close to $3K in unnecessary construction/HVAC costs. I didn't catch his name (because the dogs were barking and I didn't ask him to repeat it) but thank you for being awesome at your job.

Had an appointment today between 1-3pm, I called at 2pm and inquired on the eta. The lady that answered, texted the technician and he responded that he was at another call and he would be at my place as soon as he got done. At 3:05pm, the technician still had not shown up, so i called again. This time i spoke to ""Sylvia"" who was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. After my conversation with her and the lack of professionalism, i decided to take my business elsewhere. I was shocked to hear that ""Sylvia"" is the office manager at Lovotti. Guess there is no standard for customer service anymore. I gave them 1 star only because of the promptness in which they answer the phone.

Scott Lovotti installed our HVAC system and had done some plumbing repairs for us in the past. His prices have always been reasonable and the workmanship very professional.

My sink was backed up and lovotti sent out Jose and his partner the following morning. They were very friendly and personable. 4 stars because I had to wait an extra day to do my dishes when I called right when they opened the day before and they left a little mess behind.

Wow! Where do I begin?!?!? Well It was a Friday morning at 8:21 that I first contacted them. Lisa told me that someone would be out between the hours of noon to four. So at 4:20 I called them and asked where the repair man was and she said he was in another part of town that would take a while to get to my house. 5:00 rolls around. He's an hour late and then it takes him an hour to proceed to tell me I could be one of four things or a combo of the sort :( he then tells me that on Monday morning I will be hearing from Lisa again and that his manager Dustin would be at my house to do the work. It is now Monday night and no one called. Needless to say I'm not going to be chasing these people down to hand them my money.

Dustin was great fixing my heater! It was a simple fix and they could have charged me three times the price and I would not have known any better. This is just a testament to their integrity and professionalism. I will certainly recommend them to anyone and use them in the future for any other needs that may come up. Thanks again Dustin!!!

I called Lovotti Air up late on a Sunday night, they were happy to help. Their technician that came out serviced the unit quickly and for a fair price. He diagnosed the problem and had the system up and running in no time. I can't thank you guys enough. Great job!!

This company tried to get me to buy a $400 replacement part for a $300 water heater. I went out and bought a new water heater at Home Depot for $50 less than what the Lovotti guy wanted to charge for the replacement part. I was almost scammed by these sleezebags. They are bad news.
