Recommended Customer Reviews

I have called Lovelace Plumbing since 2007. They are professional, clean, polite and they know what they are doing. Mike Bunting has been out to my house several times over the last few years and he gets the job done right the first time. Prices were not bad either. I would recommend them and honestly, never ever had a problem where they had to come back or were late - ever! You get to pick and chose when you want them out and they give you a call prior to their coming out to fix the problem. Rebe McCarthy Cataula, GA

Requested quote for broken facet to washing machine. I was told someone would be out to give an estimate. Within 3 days received a quote for $800. No one had come to my house.

When they showed up-the service was good. They have been a no-show and when I called to find out why was simply told """"nobody remembers talking to you""""! Not sure how that's the customer's fault--no offer to make it right; just to wait until next available appointment. Haven't used them since this visit because of how they handled it. Additionally, one plumber did offer to do the work for me """"on the side"""" for half the price. Sure the owner wouldn't love knowing his employees do this.

They were on-time, clean and courteous and did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet. I'm calling them to install two more faucets in my house.

After 14 years of doing business with them, my father, a ww2,korea,and Vietnam veteran (with a Bronze Star and Purple Heart) I called them thinking the hot water heater had died. When Mikey showed up he laughed and said that the storm from the night before had just blown the pilot light out. He relit the pilot light and out the door he went. I received a bill from them for 145.00!! Clearly stating on the bill....labor, relit pilot light....145.00!! When I called them and asked them to adjust the bill, Tabatha said no. I asked if they could apply that to further work ie replacing the hot water heater. Tabatha said no. What happened to people being kind these days? My father would have given his life for this country, and almost did, only to have LOVELACE PLUMBING being concerned about the almighty dollar!! This is a family owned company so there is no recourse other to spread the word about their callousness!14 years of loyalty to them clearly means nothing as does the fact that this is a military town where fellow soldiers ARE loyal to one another. This has already cost them thousands of dollars from word of mouth!! Mikey is a great guy and great at what he does....this is no reflection on him. Even the fact that I know this family means NOTHING!! There are many other plumbers in the city so pick one of them! SOLDIERS STAY CLEAR!! What happens when you are deployed and your wife needs a plumber and she was in the same situation? Tell her to call the fire dept, they will relight it for NOTHING!!

Lovelace was recommended to me for a Rinnai water heater after our gas water heater tank failed. I contacted them, let them know we were without hot water and wanted a Rinnai. I was quoted $4500 and told they would be by that day, and would have it completed in 1-2 days. I never heard back, and couldn't get them on the phone. The responded to my email the next day saying that it would be the following week before they could come take a look. Meanwhile, my family is without hot water and they didn't bother to tell me they could not do what they said.

Adam and Mikey did a fantastic job at our """"new"""" 83 year old house!!! Call them for any plumbing needs!!!
