I found my ""go to"" plumber! I had a major leak behind a shower head causing drywall damage. Terry was quick to respond rearranging his schedule to accommodate my emergency. He was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and gave me options on how to correct it. His price was very fair and affordable too! I know the job was done right. He is the plumber to use!

I am updating this recent review since I did receive a call back later on in the day from Terry. He did apologize for the confusion. I did have him come to my home and do the work the next day. In the end, I am happy with the work done on my home.

I've purchased two Toto toilets from Terry Love. I installed the first one (a Drake II) myself and haven't had any problems since day one. I decided that I didn't want to go through the hassle of replacing the second one myself (an EcoDrake for a 10"" rough-in) and having to dispose of the old one, so I had them do it.

Jaime Love did a great job and in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend these guys for you toilet needs.

Jaime Love came out on two separate occasions and installed a Toto Drake II and a Gerber Avalanche in my new house. (Our family uses a lot of toilet paper and I got sick of backed up toilets.)

I found Terry Love while I was researching toilet models on their online forum. These guys know their toilets and their prices are very fair, I thought. Of the two, I like the Drake II a little bit more. Stays clean and flushes everything with out any problems.

Terry let us come out and view new toilets before buying. A must for my wife. Then Jamie came out and replaced both toilets and shut off valves in no time.

He also fixed our leaky sink faucet while he was at it.

Their prices are reasonable and the work is top quality. We'll call them again with future plumbing needs.

Fast response on an emergency and James was respectful, pleasant and efficient. He came, he fixed, HE CLEANED UP and he left. The bill would have been cheap at twice the price - no emergency fee and no padding the bill.

This father and son team really know their stuff. They sold me 2 new toilets at very reasonable prices: 1 Toto and 1 Kohler. My favorite thing about the Toto is I don't have to clean it as often due to the sanagloss coating (like teflon) in the bowl. Terry and Jamie were on time, very efficient, friendly, and most of all knowledgable.

That deal went so well that I had them come back a month later to replace my kitchen faucet with a Kohler - big improvement over my wobbly old one. These guys are great at what they do - fair prices, quality products, and trustworthy service. I'd use them again in a minute.
