Seven months after my first review here, and one and a half years after the initial incident, he posted comments that completely mischaracterized our phone conversation and went on with more condescending, unprofessional and snarky comments. In a vain attempt to defend himself, he further verified his superior and arrogant attitude. I had found and listed 3 other plumbers that work on French drains, but he acted like I was a fool to even ask if he might do so.

If I could give Terry 10 stars I would!!! I had made my best attempt at fixing a shower valve, but I mixed up the parts between the old cartridge and the new one, and I wasn't able to finish the job myself. Terry came to rescue in a very timely manner, and was very professional! He didn't make me feel bad about my failed attempt, but rather, he figured out the mixed up parts and finished the job quickly. He also agreed to caulking around the base plate of the shower knob, which wasn't discussed originally, and he cleaned up the mess and left everything in good order. Love Plumbing's pricing is above and beyond fair, and if I have any future plumbing needs--Terry is my first choice! Highly recommend!!! THANK YOU!!! :)

Two broken plastic pipes under sink in mobile home. Terry was here within 45 minutes, simplified the hoses, etc and had me back with water in a short time and very reasonable price. Also willing to give plumbing advice and has an online plumbing forum at terrylove.com to answer all sorts of plumbing questions.

Terry came out and installed a toilet and helped us with some kitchen plumbing work. He was kind and honest, and we found his prices were straight-forward and surprisingly reasonable. (First time I've ever gotten a plumbing bill and was surprised in a good way!) I would certainly hire them again; in fact I plan to in the future.

Jamie is terrific. He installed a new Toto toilet for us. He did a neat, great job, and is a really nice person. We are going to use Love Plumbing from now on. Ha hums while he works and he knows his stuff.

I found my ""go to"" plumber! I had a major leak behind a shower head causing drywall damage. Terry was quick to respond rearranging his schedule to accommodate my emergency. He was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and gave me options on how to correct it. His price was very fair and affordable too! I know the job was done right. He is the plumber to use!

I am updating this recent review since I did receive a call back later on in the day from Terry. He did apologize for the confusion. I did have him come to my home and do the work the next day. In the end, I am happy with the work done on my home.
