I was blind sided by this company in many different ways. Dealing with company after the fact is extremely troublesome to say the least. They are very nice before the work is done. The employees that they have do not seem as proficient as some others. They had to go back to correct work which should have been pretty basic for an experienced plumber.
I asked for an invoice to know what I was paying and what I was paying for and the owner refused. He said, I am not sending you an invoice or anything until you pay" I had no problem paying but I wanted to know what I was paying for. I wanted a record of what work was done and the dollar amount. There are many companies out there and I would choose a different one.

This place is unethical. Called for hot water heater repair. Wrote an excessive estimate (more than twice what I wound up paying) and then when I would not agree to repair, charged me $128 for 1/2 hour (meaning that plumber's hourly rate is $256 per hour!) to do the estimate. Spoke to the owner who admitted that he did not tell me he would charge for the estimate because I didn't ask!

They were on time, professional, very polite and explained to me all that they were doing. I appreciated them coming to my house so quickly and getting the job done in under two hours. I highly recommend them.

While our technician was nice the service charge is 2x/3x higher than other plumbers in town. Beware when making your appointment.

Recently a very unwelcome rodent chewed a hole in one of my attic water pipes. It caused a chain reaction of a major watery mess. I'm so grateful to Todd Glass and Love Field Plumbing for rushing in and saving the day!! Everyone was very polite and professional and were committed to staying until it was all fixed.
