We had our air conditioning stop working today. Love Aire Heating was able to come the same day, diagnose the problem, and complete the work today. They explained everything thoroughly and even fixed a different issue for no extra cost. They were amazing!

My AC went out and I suspected it was the thermostat. I was unable to get in touch with the company that installed it a few years ago. Called Loveaire. Michael P answered and came out a few hours later, as promised. Called to let me know when he was on the way. He listened to my suspicions, ran some diagnostics and confirmed the bad thermostat. Gave me two options and replaced it immediately. Michael was very professional, courteous and kind and I highly recommend.

If you need ac/heating work and someone you can trust this is the place to go. They were extremely fast when my service call came in. Over the phone they were upfront and honest. When Raymond came out he was kind, courteous and wanted to do the job properly and at a fair price. The part needed was a few cities over and they took the time to pick it up and get my heater up and running as fast as possible. When completing the work they spotted duct work that was not done properly (a safety hazard which had been pointed out to me when I purchased my home) they addressed the issue and fixed it without additional cost (truly was not expected, but it goes to show the pride they take in their work)

I would 100% recommend any air or heating needs to go though this company. 5 stars all the way!

Excellent work and very professional! Great communication! Ray was able to come out and figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner right away. He didn't waste our time or make excuses to come back later like other HVAC companies did. It was fixed in a professional and timely manner.
