Lou beat out a few other plumbers in price and immediate response. When there is an emergency plumbing situation, it's nice to have someone pick up the phone when you call. They replaced a kitchen faucet and repaired a broken waste pipe and arrived within two hours of calling. Lou even provided after job support via text. Will definitely be calling (or texting) again if I have a problem.

This is purely based on the fact I tried contacting them twice, both times during regular working hours. Somebody takes down all information and does not return any call. Not sure what is happening.
