VERY happy with the service we received this afternoon. Originally scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, received a call from the office advising that the tech was in the area and finished up early on another job and could fit us in now if we were available. Matt was very kind and knowledgeable. He left our kitchen as clean as it was when he got here. Rates were very reasonable in my opinion. Would definitely recommend them and use this company again.

Top Shelf Service is what you get when you use Lou's Plumbing. They have been taking care of my plumbing needs for over ten years. The very first time I used their services, I picked them at random. I live out of town and a received a call from a neighbor about our weekend house. She stated water appeared to be """"pouring"""" out from under my garage door and down my driveway. I was alarmed and not on site to assess the situation, I knew I needed to get a plumber there quickly. I selected Lou's since they had an Ormond address and gave them a call. It was an Easter Sunday and I wasn't sure I would reach anyone and if I did, I was worried about when they could come, how much whatever the problem was would cost for repair, and then, of course, any weekend surcharges. My call was taken by the owner. He immediately put me at ease and said he would drive over to take a look at the problem. Within two hours I received a call back. My water heater had blown, but Lou turned off everything and said he would return the following day with a replacement water heater that he would install. He quoted me a reasonable price (for this situation I would have paid double!) and let me mail him a check. When my husband and I returned to the house two weeks later, everything was in perfect order. In the world of home repairs, It is not often that I have the opportunity to work with someone who takes pride in their work, keeps their word, does what they say they will do, when they say their will do it and charges you a fair price for very good work. But that is what happened that Easter more than 10 years ago. Subsequent to that visit, I have always used Lou's Plumbing for any emergent and non-emergent plumbing needs. They never disappoint. Same great customer service, great work and fair prices every time.

Thank you Arron for the installation of the Rheem hot water heater. Aaron was very informative on warranty, etc and I was very impressed with him. I have used Lou's Plumbing for over 9 years. Lou's plumbing recently replaced the two old low rider toilets to be high rise in my elderly mother's home. They were fast, efficient, affordable and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Over the weekend our hot water heater started to leak from the bottom pipe. We called one plumber but they never called back so we decided to lump along till Monday. I then preceded to call Lou's because they had 25 hearts on our neighborhood line. I talked to Anthony and there were 10 calls in front of me, so now at least I had talked to someone that was going to help us. They called me several hours later and said they would be their soon. They sent an angel... Jeremy. We have an unusual situation because our A/C and Hot Water Heater work together. It didn't throw Jeremy he went right to work. The Copper piping he put in for our Hot Water heater should be in the Plumbing magazine. The quality of his work was superb. A+ all the way. Garage looked great when he left. He also explained everything to us in terms that we could understand. They sent the perfect plumbing angel to our house. We give Lou's a Hugh Shout Out and now they are our new Plumbers. We have used Lou's Plumbing several times since moving into a home that had been left vacant, derelict, and poorly flipped. Lou's services have been quick, professional, and priced unexpectedly reasonable for the extent of our issues. The quality and kindness of the staff is the best! Bridgette their admin assistant was surprisingly knowledgeable about plumbing issues. She put a high value on our comfort, coordinating plumbers and scheduling services asap. Tony is an exceptionally experienced plumber. He so kindly went way above and beyond to ensure our issue was solved. And after resolving the extensive issue, the bathroom looked like he had never been there. Pro all the way!! A special thank you to Anthony (manager?) for making sure we were well taken care of. :-) Lou's Plumbing offers the best services and staff we have ever experienced in 25 years of home ownership. I paid over $350 for them to auger a partial obstruction believed to be a root, tighten a loose toilet and replace a nut under the kitchen sink... the 2 small jobs were done very quickly and nicely, however just 10 days after the guy pulled out a small clog which was not the root material, both my toilets stopped completely yesterday after a larger than usual amount of tp was used. I called back and was told it was probably the septic system, call and ask and that she (Lou's secretary) would ask the owner about coming back out to fix the problem... I called Woody's septic service and the lady agreed with my thoughts that since there was no sewage backing into the shower and no bubbling in the toilet that is was indeed a plumbing issue and not a septic tank issue. I called Lou's plumbing back today and was told that they would come back out if I wanted to pay again.... I hardly think 2.5 hours garners $370 without the proper result. I was told that """"since the toilet was working when the worker left the job was done""""...the toilet wasn't having a problem...I was also told that since the guy wrote """"pull and reset toilet"""" that it doesn't matter what was said on the phone or why I hired them, he did his job. Don't get me wrong, the guy who came out was nice and professional, but after hearing excuse after excuse and the job I requested not being done as requested I can not speak well of the company.

Always thought they were #1 but Plumber came out yesterday to replace front faucet, garage overflow valve; bathtub faucet valve. Didn't wait long enough for glue to dry. Had to call office to have him back. He returned used jackhammer gadget to drill out big holes in the garage wall to add more plastic pipe, more glue, went up and over (really only needed more glue and time) and left it that way. Then didn't put back on Vacuum Breaker Backflow Valve on all my outside faucet on front one. Called back lady in office snippily told me he couldn't come back that day. They called next day and said he could come back at noon but the part would cost me $25.00; called All Florida Plumbing and the part is only $5.00! Very disappointed in how far down Lou's has gone :-(

We had a broken water pipe in our wall. We had to cut the water off, which with houseguests is a huge deal. Bridget answered the phone when we called at 7:00 am. A repairman was here before 8:00. Prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend.

Awful company. Had to have a plumber come out 3x for the same issue. The worst part about this company is their lack of communication. I had a plumber come out with just a 5 minute notice and on the third occasion, the plumber arrived an hour before scheduled without any notice. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.
