Carl K.To whomever tries to hire this plumber please be aware. This message is just so this guy Mark doesn't go into your home and performs unsafe work. We hired him to install a new water heater and he just did a really junk and unsafe install. I'll post pictures to reference. He claims to have 35 plus years and licensed. But after this work he says he doesn't have a license for hawaii. His wires are just taped, he used a dryer wire and cut the prongs off the wire and just spliced it together cause the existing wire was a little short. His connections are not even secured into a box. He has wire exposed and close to the heater itself. Do your research prior to him doing work for you. This is a PSA!!! Mark Scalgione.
