Boiler system in our building failed in January and LM came to the rescue. They managed to order and install a new unit in a short period of time at a reasonable price during extreme weather conditions. The owner of LM gave us the best service imaginable and oversaw the entire project. His team showed up every morning and worked diligently to the end.

They did an excellent job with my new HVAP. The work was on time and I had wonderful service.

Very dishonest, they bill for work that is not actually completed. Then when they have to come back for warranty work, they find a way to charge for that. They are scam artists. Dont use this company. There are many other companies out there that will take care of you and charge half of what they charge.

When the person who normally ""fixes"" our heater failed to come through we got a recommendation to check our Louisville Mechanical. From the very beginning they were incredibly responsive and kind. My husband handled all the communication with them but he had nothing but great things to say.

They came out the day after our first call. They were able to bring the piece we needed based off pictures of our unit and based on what the original repairman said we needed. We thought the issue was corrected however the unit started to have issues again not long after they left. My husband called back and they were so great, they walked him through a few things to check to see if we could get it going. We couldn't, so we had to schedule a second visit (no fault of theirs, I blame the first person who ""looked"" at it)

They came back out and were able to get us up and running. The house is so nice and cozy now. I am so very thankful for them. Also the person who came out wanted to see my dogs and called them babies, which just won my heart over because anyone who loves my dogs and called them babies are great in my book! That's why Louisville Mechanical is getting my #ThankYouThursday2021.
