This company is 100% professional and fair and honest - what more can you ask when needing plumbing service!! We bought a new house in 2005 so haven't had a lot of plumbing issues. In fact, we only had a need for a toilet replacement once and that was becuase we had a toilet that was getting stopped up frequently. Found Grausso on the internet and the guy was just unbelievable in how honest he treated us. We have never forgotten how we were treated and always recommend this company to friends and neighbors. We live in a row of houses that contractors tend to jack up prices but not this company. We now had a new issue with a kitchen faucet and after calling Grausso and scheduling an appt we realized what the problem was and fixed it ourselves as it was an easy solution. However, he felt bad about not having someone to come out right away so he called me back to say he could squeeze me in today then after telling him we fixed it he said ""Well if you found that wasn't the fix or you feel the need to have one my guys to look it over to confirm the problem, call me and I'll do my best to get someone out there today"". Just a top rate company and we HIGHLY recommend them!

Louis R. Grausso was recommended to me by my former general contractor who retired. I hired the company to renovate my master bathroom and re-design it for ""aging in place."" I am delighted with the new bathroom. It was a real challenge because as an ""en suite,"" the bathroom was not that large. Mike Pile, the Project Manager, is a problem solver and excellent craftsman. He redesigned the layout to allow for a longer vanity, a walk-in tub, a more accessible toilet area, and a larger shower with a bench. He was prompt and reliable, and always emailed me or texted me with the schedule, and, if there were any delays, let me know right away. His team was excellent and very helpful and neat. They cleaned up better than my housecleaners! Another small project he did was to replace the dropped ceiling tile in my downstairs den. He helped me select the tile, and it looks great. Of course, now the new master bathroom is the nicest room in the house! I will definitely call them again for my next ""project."" Five stars is not enough!

I've used these guys twice and both times was provided with quality work. When I asked, via text, for some time on the phone to discuss a future job, I was told, via text, that I'd been given the information I needed during their last visit. I suppose $600 isn't a lot of money to the owner of this company, but it's a lot to me and if I can't get 10 minutes on the phone prior to having work done, then my money will go to another plumber.

Getting a plumber quickly is often an oxymoron...
We callLou Grausso - he was able to see us the next day. He arrived at the scheduled time. He performed the work on three separate toilets. His work was neat. His price was fair. This is the third time we have used Lou Grausso - each time totally satisfied. We trust this company and HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks for a great job!!!

They did a great job finding a leaky pipe in my bathroom leading to the toilet, and replacing it within an hour and a half on the same day that i called. I had an outside faucet replaced while he was here..all work done professionally and for a good price. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Of course with the extreme cold weather our boiler decides it's done. Called Grausso Plumbing and received a call back shortly. The following morning they're were here and got us running with a new boiler before the holiday weekend. Mike returned to complete the job after the weekend and even called after he left to make sure all was good. I could not have asked for a more professional quality job ....I recommend without hesitation!!

I've used Lou in two houses now, for almost 10 years. He and his crew are great at communication, reliable, and do quality work at reasonable prices. I feel like Lou cares about our home and my family, and I wouldn't trust too many other plumbers. I like the fact that he's expanded his services to HVAC, and now we do yearly maintenence with him for heating too.
