We called Louis Hardy Jr. Plumbing and Heating to come and look at our upstairs toilet that was leaking. He sent a man to fix it on August 5th, 2015. However, afterwards we used the toilet and the problem was not corrected and resulted in leakage again. In the month it took to make sure the leakage was coming from the toilet that should have been fixed and not other sources, the water leaked under the linoleum floor in the bathroom and 12 feet into the adjoining bedroom.
Therefore, on September 9th, 2015, we called for a second time for the same problem. He sent another plumber who re-did the work that should have been completed on August 5th. Then, we were asked to pay again for this redone work but refused since the original work did not fix the problem and caused more damage. He angrily shouted at me not to call him again. It was still was not completed properly and as a result we now still must get the toilet fixed, have not been able to use it for 7 months, and we must have the floor/ downstairs ceiling in those areas replaced due to water damage and safety concerns.
Do not use this company! He will not stand behind his work!
