Called with an emergency issue with my Water heater. Lou came right over and had the job completed quickly. It was a small job, but it needed to be done quickly. All other plumbers in the area would not even look at the job for 3-4 weeks even though it was a 30 minute job. Their receptionist did not understand how quick the job was and were only interested in telling me that they were fully booked until Mid-November. Lou answered and understood it was a quick job and could get it done that day without interrupting his schedule. Thanks Lou

I contacted Louis to get a quote for installation of a washer and dryer in my basement, which had never had such appliances installed before. Being in a home that is over 100 years old, I knew this was a job that was going to be a little bit tricky. Louis responded immediately to my communication, came out to provide a quote, and offered to do the job the next week. He had it finished in just a little over a days work, and did a couple of things that were above and beyond what was needed to make it as efficient and convenient as possible for me. His work is excellent and he's a very friendly person that I felt comfortable having in my home. I would highly recommend him to others!
