I had a water leak somewhere in my front yard. Louie showed up the same day I called. He personally contacted a leak finder and once we knew where the leak was I called to schedule the repair. The leak worsened so I desperately called for a sooner appointment. They were able to squeeze me in one day early.
Louie and his team dug through wet soupy mud and got to the leak.
I feel like the price was fair especially for how muddy the job was. Louie stuck to the original quote. I appreciate that very much and will recommend Louie & Sons to friends. They were great!!

I've used Louie's 3 previous times and have had no issues. So I called today and after several attempts was finally able to get thru to someone (was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full). Spoke with Louie and asked for an estimate to replace a pressure regulator. He said he needed to look at the job first and asked that I text him the address so he could stop by after making a brief stop at a supply warehouse..... said he'd be by within the hour. Texted him the address. 1 hr and 40 mins go by.... I call..... no answer. I text and ask if he was still stopping by. Again no answer. 2 hrs and 20 min's later I call the main line and discuss the issue with the office rep. They asked if they could try to contact him and see what was going on. I said sure. 5 min's later they return the call and state they are not able to get ahold of him either. Unbelievable.......... Told her not to worry and said I would have appreciated it that if he didn't want the job or changed his mind to have the damn courtesy to return my call and let me know....... like I have nothing else to do than sit on my ass and wait for someone who charges an absorbent rate, then doesn't have the courtesy to let a returning and potential customer know they will not be able to make it for whatever reason. Anyway you slice it..... shitty customer service!! Well, they got my business 3 previous times but I can guarantee you never again........... my time is also valuable. I will gladly pay a few xtra $$ for someone that can do the same job, and believe me there are plenty of Plumbers out there that can.......but also has better customer service. What kind of Jackass does shit like that!!???

Very nice, very busy evidently. I had used them in the past and used them again to replace a toilet and to remove a garbage disposal and re pipe under my sink so as not to require one. They installed the toilet tank crooked and neglected to hook my dishwasher back up to sink drain after removing disposal. Dodged a bullet on that one since I noticed it and didn't turn my dishwasher on! Took quite some time to reschedule the fix (nearly 2 weeks) They did fix the situation, but I would not highly reccommend. They are very expensive and I was given a 10% discount for my trouble and inconvenience which I insisted upon.

We love Louie's Plumbing! They did the most awesome job on my remodel but also a month later when I developed a leak oh, they came out immediately to check it out. It wasn't their league but they gave me a good recommendation for who to call. Really super nice guys :-)

Louie's been handling our plumbing needs for over fifteen years. So, when we finished a whole-house remodel, I called him in to address some plumbing fails. He found ways to address all my concerns for the most reasonable price possible. Wish my general contractor had used him to start with. It would have saved both him and me a lot of aggravation.

So we have used Louie's plumbing for a number of rentals and personally..have given a number of referrals and also for a family member in her 80's . He put in a water heater and it was a lemon ... now he wants to charge her $600 and originally it was over $900 and she is on limited income ... really ... and have tried calling him about a number of times and will not return our phone calls....really ...what kind of customer service is this... we won't be using you again or giving you anymore referrals ....
