He found ways to address all my concerns for the most reasonable price possible. Wish my general contractor had used him to start with. It would have saved both him and me a lot of aggravation.

So we have used Louie's plumbing for a number of rentals and personally..have given a number of referrals and also for a family member in her 80's . He put in a water heater and it was a lemon ... now he wants to charge her $600 and originally it was over $900 and she is on limited income ... really ... and have tried calling him about a number of times and will not return our phone calls....really ...what kind of customer service is this... we won't be using you again or giving you anymore referrals ....

Had a slab leak and called for an estimate. Gave me a fair price for going back with copper type L. I ended up using Luie's for most of the re-routing in my house. They showed up exactly on time every day, and they got it knocked out in 4 consecutive days. Arnie and Michael were professional, cleaned up after work, and got it done on time. I only have a very minor gripe that they didn't install a nail plate to protect two pipes that were under stucco at the very end of the job.
