I wanted to take time and provide Tom with a recent review. When our usual guy out of Stockton didn't show-up I called Tom! We had a sprinkler leaking! Our water value was stuck and we were afraid to turn it off without a plumber present. Tom jumped right in and did what needed to be done! He replaced a part and stopped the leak. I will only call him in the future. Experience and customer service was right in my community Tracy - Thank You Tom!

Tom and his secretary were able to fit me on a short notice and I am happy with Tom's approach to the job. He fixed an issue with the shower faucet cartridge that the builder had ignored ( less than 2 year old home). I learnt a few things along the way so that I can address some of the issues myself in the future. He also fixed a leak near the exterior sprinkler valve that the builder ignored.

Our garbage disposal was not working. All other places I called were a week out for service. Who can go that long with a family of 5 not using kitchen sink? The office had someone out within a couple hours, turns out there was a broken piece of metal blocking disposal. Honest service, fair price!
