Our toilet was leaking from the resovouir to the bowl. Louie found that the mechanism was worn and proceeded to acquire a new one. After a few iterations he fixed the problem. Thanks Louie!

We had three companies out to bid on replacing our entire plumbing system under the house. Louie and Sons was the only company to follow up and provide us with a bid. Luis came out and explain to us what would be required in order to complete the job. He offered a fair and reasonable price. ans with the job. His workers were polite and professional. Once that job was done Luis discussed with us replacing plumbing from the house to connect with the city. Again, he offered a reasonable price. Again, we were informed of when we would need to not use the drains, and when we would be running water.

This would have been a 5 star review except that after digging up our yard, the crew balked at replacing the weed cloth and didn't do a good job placing it. They had moved 3 large flagstones and left them out of place. They buried water spigots to a tree and left trash behind. They came out twice to address my concerns. They moved 2 of the 3 flagstones and dug up the water spigots to the tree but still did not leave the yard anywhere near how it was before they dug it up. We are not physically capable of lifting the heavy flagstone. We will have to hire someone to help us put out yard back together. I see another review that complained of a toilet and broken concrete being left behind. It is too bad they did such a good job and then didn't do the clean up.

I noticed water stains on the inside of the cabinet under my kitchen sink. I saw that Louis had good reviews on Yelp so I called. We scheduled for him to come the next day. He was friendly and professional. It turns out the pipe coming from the wall was corroded and leaking and he was able to replace it. The bill was very reasonable and he was done quickly. From now on, whenever I need a plumber I'll call him. Also, he does cooler startups and shutdowns for about half the cost of the service I've been using, so I scheduled for him to start mine up in a few weeks.

Our water heater stopped working and we were told it needed to be replaced. Luiz responded right away and had it replaced within hours at a significantly better rate than any of the other quotes I got. Couldn't recommend enough!

***Update***
After completing their job, they left a few things behind that they were supposed to come back and pick up. We'll it has been a few weeks, and they still haven't picked up the old toilet and concrete. They keep saying they will pick it up the following day and still nothing. Every time I open my front door I see a toilet and if I open the back door I see the left over concrete. Don't get me wrong their work was awesome, it's just the after mess that I'm still having to deal with. If it doesn't get picked I am going to have to pay for someone else to pick it up which is annoying because that's more money I have to pay for someone else to pick up the mess.

For the past 2 months, we have been having trouble with our tub. It wouldn't drain while in use. Once it started to drain, my kitchen would get flooded. We had called 2 different companies, and the first company couldn't figure out the issue and made an opening in the wall, which they didn't patch up because that wasn't their ""expertise."" Second company came out twice, the first time the guy didn't have the proper equipment to look further, so he ended up sending a second guy to follow up. The second individual came and started it, giving us a quote and what the process was to get it fixed. we had asked him if he knew the backstory to why he was there, and he said NO. He was unaware of the situation but was quick to give us a quote when the problem hadn't been found just yet. We end it up canceling with them to look for the cause. I ended it up with Louie & Sons through Yelp and read the reviews, which made me call them. Louie came and was able to figure out the problem, which was old piping and not the right pipes for the water to properly drain. His quote was half of what the second company had given us. It took Louie and his company 2 days to finish up the work.Their work was amazing. They cleaned up after themselves, they made little to no mess, and replaced the concrete on our floor. They also found some leakage, which they also fix. We also asked them last minute to replace our toilet since it was a bit old, which they did. Other companies could just simply say we can come another day and replace that. We will definitely keep them as our go-to for any plumbing issues.

I'm so glad I ran across this plumber on yelp! Luis was responsive, great, communicator, courteous, and professional. Has about 15 years of plumbing experience, and just recently decided to open his own business.

We had a clogged sewer drain, and Luis was able to get it working again, and just a matter of minutes by using a snake to fish out flushable wipes that my tenant had been discarding down the toilet. Literally took him just a few minutes to get this working again. I was so relieved, no pun intended.

So reasonably priced to whereas other plumbers, recording me twice as much for the same job telling me it could take up to two hours to unclog the sewer drain. I knew it wasn't that serious, but did require attention. The other plumbers I received processed them it's from were obviously overpriced and taking advantage of my situation.

In fact, I was so happy with the work he did that I am getting an estimate to have a hot water heater, replaced and will let other homeowners or landlords know about the excellent service I received. Five stars from me!
