Great service, great team. Lotus works with a long time contractor of mine that I've had doing work for years, so I knew I could trust them. Evan was very responsive and worked with me via text on job description and a quote. John came out to do the work, two toilets installed, one with a bidet seat and two faucets to be put into an RV. Toilet installs went smoothly but the RV was more challenging, no room for errors there. John took his time, consulted with me often, and triple checked before he installed to not risk damaging any of the components. Couldn't be more pleased with the results, it was a unique situation, but one that came out perfect. Thanks John and team for helping us with our plumbing needs. I know who to call from now on.

He was super responsive to my initial call and with scheduling a same-day appointment, which was greatly appreciated because we had a leak in the basement and were therefore without water. He kept me updated throughout the day on his arrival time, which was very helpful so I could plan work calls accordingly. John took one look at the leak and knew exactly how to fix it, which he did timely and with a fair price. He was professional and took time to explain to me possible causes for the broken pipe, so I could spot the signs with future issues within the house. GREAT HEATER IN DEPTHS OF PANDEMIC. For future readers, this all took place during the depths of the pandemic and shortly after the 2021 Texas Deep Freeze, both of which are relevant to the review.

We had five different plumbers come out to give us estimates for replacing an old, electric hot water heater with a new, tankless, natural gas hot water heater. The first couple estimates gave us sticker shock - as in the $5 - $6K range - and we were beginning to wonder if we would even be able to replace our old tank. Evan was the second-to-last person there, and he explained to us why a tankless heater wasn't right for our situation, especially with kids in the house. He said he could get us a great AO Smith heater despite the fact that they were in very short supply - the pandemic had greatly increased demand, and the Texas Deep Freeze damaged some important water heater factories in that state. We said yes.

However, when the heater arrived to his distributor, it was damaged. They told him they wouldn't be able to supply him with another AO Smith until months later, but offered an off-brand model. Evan was up front about the fact that the replacement heater they offered was substandard. We thanked him for his honesty, but kept looking. Undeterred, Evan kept looking for an AO Smith for us, and even called the original distributor back to tell them he was going to lose a valued customer, and they owed him a heater. Fortunately they said they found one in the warehouse and sold it to him. He came to our house just a few days later and installed it, and even the guy helping him was amazed that he had found an AO Smith when they were so scarce.

I would definitely recommend Lotus Plumbing - they went the extra mile for us, and I am sure they will for you too!
