We bought a home three months ago and definitely inherited some bathroom plumbing issues. Initially Lotus Plumbing came out to snake our shower, sink, and re-seal the toilet. Just two months later, things started to back up again so I called them back...was a bit bummed, figured the work should last longer, but knowing we probably had greater fixes at hand.
With no delay, they scheduled me back in, and are super responsive with letting us know when they're about to arrive (and were on time). Khoi came out today (at no cost), cleared the drains again, and *really* took the time to look at our pipes and explain the full situation to us. Looks like we have some really wonky pipes and a scenario we have to deal with, but with the on-point info that was presented to me, I'd totally call him again for further fixing, OR the renovation work that needs to be done.
Totally evident why the owner does what he does. Felt good to finally get some answers and not just a bandaid. Either way, I really appreciated the time and info, especially from a plumbing company.

Khoi was friendly, prompt and did a bang up job. He didn't mess around or waste any time. I would recommend Lotus Plumbing to anyone. If I ever again have plumbing needs, I'm calling Lotus Plumbing.

All around GREAT! Superb communication by the company in letting us know when they would arrive. Steve showed up and was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind; beyond wonderful with fixing the issue and costumer service!

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. I used Lotus Plumbing in the past specifically because of positive reviews I'd seen on Yelp a few years ago. I've used them twice and have been very happy both times. I'm a little nervous to call now though, after the experience some of the others have had. But since I had two good experiences, I'll give it a shot and hopefully it will go as well as the last two times.

We just bought a house and had major plumbing issues with the kitchen sink and bathtub. Steve came and fixed all the issues without a hitch. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The pricing was very competitive. We Will only use lotus plumbing in the future! Thanks Steve!

I called with an emergency clogged shower drain. Koi came highly recommended by my mother who has been working with him for years. He just so happened to have been in my neighborhood, and was at my place within the hour. Drain snaked, problem solved. Even cleaned up after himself. AMAZING service, and an all around excellent person! I will be using LOTUS for all future plumbing needs. Thanks again, Koi!

I called Lotus Plumbing today to clear a major clog. Steve was extremely nice, friendly and professional. Steve was even nice enough to suggest a way to keep our kitchen drain clog free. Also, the price for the job was excellent!! I think I""ve just found my new plumber. I will call Lotus Plumbing from now on if I have any plumbing issues.

I had used Lotus Plumbing before and was satisfied with the work. The water heater rusted out and flooded the basement and I had them replace the tank. We have a tank less heater in the loop and they changed something during the install and voila!, no hot water. Khoi left it that way and then came back with someone ostensibly better qualified to troubleshoot the problem, but no success. They left after telling us they couldn't fix it right now , but would do some research and get back to us. Then, nothing. It's been six months and Khoi still will not show up when he says and doesn't even bother to call. I am in the process of taking him to the CCB and either force him to complete the repair or have his insurer give us the money to hire a QUALIFIED plumber.

A worker had turned on an outside faucet during a freeze so when the weather warmed up, water burst out and wouldn't shut off. Lotus came out within a couple hours, assessed the problem, replaced a component, and was very speedy. I thought their price was reasonable, especially because it was a semi-emergency. They fit me in a very busy day with other customers who had similar problems.

I will definitely use Lotus again for plumbing services.

Last night a Pipe burst in my place and gave him a call. He told me he would be able to make it to my place by early afternoon. He was true to his word.
He was able to diagnose the problem and cap the leaky pipe.
He called back when he said he would and told me all the costs that would be associated with the job.
I plan to use him in the future.
Honest work for an honest price.
So very happy with his work.
