I've gotten good service from these guys. I manage a twenty unit building and was ready to make them a regular service. But they installed a custom sink assembly that failed. Now the sink is blocked and they refuse to come back to fix it. I'm not asking for warranty coverage just a repair and they won't pick up the phone or return my voicemails. I guess they don't need my business, so I won't be calling again.

Company did not want to provide invoice prior to making payment. In fact the young lady they left in charge today said they would no longer do work with us because they didn't want to provide an invoice first. Does not make sense, it's a shame! We have 15 offices in the greater LA area. Lost potential business.

It took me a while to write a review but this company deserves one. My mom who owns several rental properties has used them for years. She has had outstanding service delivered by them and always extremely reasonable. My brother recently used them for a major mainline repair also receiving an excellent price and service. When our toilet and tub started making gurgling sounds and I started smelling a sewer like smell from the sink, I knew from past experience it was most likely a mainline problem. We live in a house that is over 100 years old so we're use to the repairs that a house this old requires. On my mom's suggestion for repairs (my son had already found the problem...the toilet pipes had broken and when we flushed the water was literally draining under the house!). They came within a couple of hours of my call, let me know they were on their way and upon assessing the repair had the owner of the company also check out the problem. Not only did they fix the pipes, cleaned the mainline to the street, they also pumped out the standing water under the house. It took them over 2 hours and the final cost?.....$250! Two years ago I had our handyman do similar work and he charged me the same amount and he's not a licensed plumber. They were professional, expedient and reasonable. I will never use another plumber except them. I highly highly recommend Los Plumbers!

they do not stand by their work. they did a poor sprinkler repair job and didnt even complete the job that had been asked. they overcharged as well. i called to complain immediately after the repair was done. i called multiple times, no one ever calls back. a month and a half later the sprinkler is already broken again and after multiple calls an no return phone calls someone calls me a liar and tells me i broke it myself. highly do not recommend.
