NEVER-ever again!!! Having done 1 home build and 3 massive remodels, most likely we are one of their better customers. Over the past 15 years we have bought from Saratoga Plumbing Suppy: 15 bathroom sinks with 15 fixtures, 12 Toto toilets (or similar), 4 tubs, 2 jacuzzi tubs, 14 shower heads, 6 kitchen sinks with 6 high-end kitchen fixtures. Alex in the Los Gatos store completely messed up our last order and ordered the wrong drain assembly. We paid a plumber for 6 hours to figure out that we had a compatibility issue. I won't bore you with the details, but after several attempts, the finally store found our order, CHARGED US FOR THEIR MISTAKE, and ordered the new drain assembly. The kicker-the order came in today and the store, per Eddie, wouldn't stay open for 10 minutes-until 5:10 to wait for my husband to pick up the parts so we could get them to the plumber and resolve the issue tomorrow. David, if you are listening-FIRE Alex, refund the $110 x 2 for a drain assembly as it was your mistake. We are embarking on another remodel in Saratoga with a massive kitchen (2 sinks in your language), 5 sinks and fixtures, 4 toilets, 5 shower heads, one tub. You can BET that we will not step foot in Saratoga Plumbing or Los Gatos Plumbing Supply. My advice-buy your plumbing fixtures from anyone but them. If this is the way they treat a long time customer, you can only imagine the type of service a customer would receive that has not (yet) bought at this volume.
Brad Basford and the team at LG Plumbing really provided great Service. I had installed some of their High End fixtures some years ago and when it was time to replace a kitchen sink faucet cartridge, they really came through. Not only did they established the cartridge was under warranty but they had it immediately shipped to my house. Then, they provided me with an outstanding Plumber (Andy Towne of Absolute Plumbing company) that also responded quickly and completed the job very professionally. Thanks again and I'll continue to recommend and use LG Plumbing.

Matt R.One of our Grohe faucets needed a new hose, so I brought the leaky one to LGPS to order a replacement. (I have done this previously with no issue).
I walked in and proceeded to the counter where two people were sitting. I explained what was going on, I showed Alex the hose and he responded ""Do you have a picture of the faucet""?.......foolishly, I thought the hose and part number would add more value than a snapshot of my bathroom sink. He gave me his card and said to take a picture then email it to him.
After two emails and no response, it appears this was his way to get me out of the empty store.
I had a broken cartridge in my shower and Philana was very helpful in identifying the model #, even though she didn't have one in stock. Once she identified the brand, she helped me get a warranty part.
Not a big dollar transaction, but she went out of her way to help me out anyway.

Stacey M.I need to do a huge shout out for Philana and her customer service. I had a broken tub/shower diverter lever from a fixture whose brand I did not know. I had taken in the part in person to another showroom in Willow Glen and no one knew who made the part. So I did a lot of online searching and when I found a photo of the valve that the broken lever fit into (it was very unique looking) I knew I had probably figured it out. So I contacted the mfr (Danze) who proceeded to deal with me via email (they too were very helpful). Since Los Gatos Plumbing was on their list of retail suppliers I reached out and talked to Philana on the phone. I was hoping for Danze parts sitting in their shop but when she said she doesn't do a lot with them and anything Danze would have to be ordered, I knew I would still be waiting. She had me email her photos to confirm that it was Danze and her expertise really showed through when she began to analyze what she saw. She not only confirmed it was an older version of Danze, she got a rep on the phone and explained, spent her time corresponding with them via email and subsequently got them to mail a part (for free I might add) to me. Danze deserves recognition for standing by a product that was probably purchased ~ 2006 and doing their best to find a substitute piece that would work. But Philana got results faster than I did with Danze directly. I'm in sales myself and when someone goes out of their way when there is potentially nothing in it for them and does so with kindness, I have to recognize them so thanks Philana for being exceptional and thanks Danze for being standup to your product.
Twice we visited. First time for over 20 minutes and no greeting nor asking to help or assist in any way. This second time, no greeting, no assistance. I guess there too good for us?? Don't go here, snobs!

This is where I started a few months ago for my kitchen plumbing needs. I had no clue on where to start with anything and I was on a budget. I was looking for a sink, faucet, soap pump, air gap, disposer, and disposer button.
Philana was so wonderful with all of my needs. She took time and energy to go over pros and cons of different sinks, faucets, disposers, colors, and coordinating them for me. She pulled out countless books, looked up plenty of info online and found answers for everything. Without her knowledge, I wouldn't have been able to make these choices! By the time I was ready to leave, I had the make and model numbers for all of the items I needed to complete my kitchen plumbing.
After shopping around, online and in other stores, I was able to find the list of items at a lower cost. I did not purchase my plumbing from LGPS, however, hats off to Philana for working with me on the list. I really appreciate your time spent with me.
I had asked about bathroom vanities as well. I was on a very tight budget for my bathrooms, but didn't like the quality of vanities I had seen at Home Depot, and Lowe's. After listening to my needs, wants, likes and dislikes about free standing vanities, Philana showed me the perfect match. I decided to start with my master bath first and purchase the vanity with LGPS. Philana had remembered me from probably a month prior and the order process was quick and easy. We discussed pick up vs courier options and she put a 2 week window on it. About 16 days later, I called to check in and spoke to a pleasant gentleman who told me it would be another week. Bummer, but not the end of the world. (There was another project to focus on in the house!) I called again a few days later (the time has come where I needed the vanity) and Philana answered and remembered my order was set to be in a week prior. She was very apologetic and looked right into it. She went out of her way to gather information and find out when I would have my vanity.
Customer service like this is hard to find, and even though I didn't get my vanity ""on time"", I felt I was made a priority and the issue was quickly resolved.
I will be back to purchase my guest bath vanity soon!
Really great selection. Really crappy customer service. I had an issue with an item I purchased, contacted them and was told they'd look into it and call me back. They never called me back, so I called them. They had a really somewhat ""snotty"" attitude. Made no effort whatsoever to help me. But they were very clear that ""all sales are final"". And yes, that was in fact their FINAL sale to me...ever!
