This place is great!
Thank you to the fabulous Philana and beautiful showroom I was able to purchase and order all my bathroom needs in less than one hour.
Philana knows her stuff and it was really easy to make sound decisions when working with her. She has informative info regarding lead times, availability and pricing.
The LG showroom is beautiful and has everything you can imagine displayed for finding the best items.
I am an interior designer in the Bay Area and I plan on using LGPS for all of my next projects!

One of our Grohe faucets needed a new hose, so I brought the leaky one to LGPS to order a replacement. (I have done this previously with no issue).
I walked in and proceeded to the counter where two people were sitting. I explained what was going on, I showed Alex the hose and he responded ""Do you have a picture of the faucet""?.......foolishly, I thought the hose and part number would add more value than a snapshot of my bathroom sink. He gave me his card and said to take a picture then email it to him.
After two emails and no response, it appears this was his way to get me out of the empty store.

I had a broken cartridge in my shower and Philana was very helpful in identifying the model #, even though she didn't have one in stock. Once she identified the brand, she helped me get a warranty part.
Not a big dollar transaction, but she went out of her way to help me out anyway.

I need to do a huge shout out for Philana and her customer service. I had a broken tub/shower diverter lever from a fixture whose brand I did not know. I had taken in the part in person to another showroom in Willow Glen and no one knew who made the part. So I did a lot of online searching and when I found a photo of the valve that the broken lever fit into (it was very unique looking) I knew I had probably figured it out. So I contacted the mfr (Danze) who proceeded to deal with me via email (they too were very helpful). Since Los Gatos Plumbing was on their list of retail suppliers I reached out and talked to Philana on the phone. I was hoping for Danze parts sitting in their shop but when she said she doesn't do a lot with them and anything Danze would have to be ordered, I knew I would still be waiting. She had me email her photos to confirm that it was Danze and her expertise really showed through when she began to analyze what she saw. She not only confirmed it was an older version of Danze, she got a rep on the phone and explained, spent her time corresponding with them via email and subsequently got them to mail a part (for free I might add) to me. Danze deserves recognition for standing by a product that was probably purchased ~ 2006 and doing their best to find a substitute piece that would work. But Philana got results faster than I did with Danze directly. I'm in sales myself and when someone goes out of their way when there is potentially nothing in it for them and does so with kindness, I have to recognize them so thanks Philana for being exceptional and thanks Danze for being standup to your product.

Twice we visited. First time for over 20 minutes and no greeting nor asking to help or assist in any way. This second time, no greeting, no assistance. I guess there too good for us?? Don't go here, snobs!

This is where I started a few months ago for my kitchen plumbing needs. I had no clue on where to start with anything and I was on a budget. I was looking for a sink, faucet, soap pump, air gap, disposer, and disposer button.
Philana was so wonderful with all of my needs. She took time and energy to go over pros and cons of different sinks, faucets, disposers, colors, and coordinating them for me. She pulled out countless books, looked up plenty of info online and found answers for everything. Without her knowledge, I wouldn't have been able to make these choices! By the time I was ready to leave, I had the make and model numbers for all of the items I needed to complete my kitchen plumbing.
After shopping around, online and in other stores, I was able to find the list of items at a lower cost. I did not purchase my plumbing from LGPS, however, hats off to Philana for working with me on the list. I really appreciate your time spent with me.
I had asked about bathroom vanities as well. I was on a very tight budget for my bathrooms, but didn't like the quality of vanities I had seen at Home Depot, and Lowe's. After listening to my needs, wants, likes and dislikes about free standing vanities, Philana showed me the perfect match. I decided to start with my master bath first and purchase the vanity with LGPS. Philana had remembered me from probably a month prior and the order process was quick and easy. We discussed pick up vs courier options and she put a 2 week window on it. About 16 days later, I called to check in and spoke to a pleasant gentleman who told me it would be another week. Bummer, but not the end of the world. (There was another project to focus on in the house!) I called again a few days later (the time has come where I needed the vanity) and Philana answered and remembered my order was set to be in a week prior. She was very apologetic and looked right into it. She went out of her way to gather information and find out when I would have my vanity.
Customer service like this is hard to find, and even though I didn't get my vanity ""on time"", I felt I was made a priority and the issue was quickly resolved.
I will be back to purchase my guest bath vanity soon!

Really great selection. Really crappy customer service. I had an issue with an item I purchased, contacted them and was told they'd look into it and call me back. They never called me back, so I called them. They had a really somewhat ""snotty"" attitude. Made no effort whatsoever to help me. But they were very clear that ""all sales are final"". And yes, that was in fact their FINAL sale to me...ever!

When remodeling our kitchen 5 years ago we were seeking out our dream fixtures; able to upgrade in all areas. We went to Los Gatos Plumbing having heard of their stellar reputation for service and quality. We purchased our beautiful Franke hardware at Los Gatos Plumbing. At the point of sale service was attentive, eager and accommodating. At point of sale.
Shortly after our beautiful kitchen was completed our faucet failed. Upon returning to LGP we were told they could not help us and that we needed to go through the manufacturer which we did. They were abrupt and dismissive. A distinct contrast from the point of sale behavior. We were disappointed and handled it on our own with an excellent online Franke representative.
Now five years into enjoying our kitchen, our soap dispenser needs new gaskets.
We visited LPG once again. The outcome of this visit left us with a very different understanding of their quality and service. When asking about our past purchases and sales history we were told they were in the attic and too difficult to get. Then we were told they had been destroyed and finally, we were asked if we remembered our sales representatives name from five years ago. Is five years old for a gorgeous kitchen? This surprising behavior was, I am sorry to say, accompanied by short, rude answers, rolling of eyes and exasperated behavior: embarrassing. We were so disappointed, having hoped to repair our lovely Franke soap dispenser and be done. Regrettably, the staff was unable and unwilling to provide any kind of support for products they had happily sold us. No quality of service; no real service at all. The beautiful showroom and parking lot were empty as we drove away. We much prefer to spend locally as opposed to internet shopping for obvious community reasons. We feel fortunate to have found The Powder Room, a nearby plumbing supply with high end products, a busy trade and eager, well informed, accommodating staff. Our trade will stay in Los Gatos, but won't be going to Los Gatos Plumbing.

Bought sutff from Saratoga plumbing and within two years had issues and had to contact the suppliers. Philana @ Los Gatos plumbing has been awesome with respect to helping us...patiently listening to my venting and also, getting replacement stuff as soon as possible from the suppliers. She is awesome! Thank you, Los Gatos Plumbing...will only shop from you guys in the future :)

We have used Los Gatos Plumbing Supply for three bathrooms and our newly remodeled kitchen. They are not only very knowledgeable, but they are highly efficient and stay in touch as products arrive at their location. They are extremely helpful and patient in answering any and all questions and we would highly recommend them.
