Terrible service. Scammed us out of $500, left the job undone and never provided any promised receipts to justify the expense. We got the LivingSocial deal for 2 hrs of plumbing services for $70. We were having the shower repaired. They said they charge $100/hr when they go past the 2 hours and quoted $300 for extra time and parts after looking at the shower. I was not really happy with this and should have called around for estimates, but thought """"well, I have already paid for the 2 hrs."""" I was not at home to supervise, but had someone else there. (Mistake #2) I got a phone call a couple hours later and they said the parts were more expensive so all together we would owe $500. I got the payment ready (mistake #3), but they promised to give me all parts receipts and I was timing them to ensure they were really putting in 5 hrs of work. (Really? 5 hours to repair a leaking shower?!?!) They called after the 5 hour mark and said that it was complete and they had given the receipts to the person I had at home. (Mistake #4, not checking in with that person before paying them. I am just a bit too trusting.) I found out that they had never provided any receipts, had not finished the repair, but said they would show up the next day to repair it and had been gone (getting lunch, buying parts, buying caulk that they forgot to get before, taking a break) much more than they had actually been there working. Needless to say, they did not come back to finish and we never heard from them again even after repeated phone calls.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with this business. John came to my rental home to repair a leaky toilet, and found more work for himself by asking to see the other bathroom, and saying that we had a leaky sink. We agreed to pay $100 for the toilet repair, and then $100 for the sink repair, and sent a check. He let me know that the toilet was done on visit #1, and that he would be back to do the sink. After visit #2, I was again told that NOW the toilet was fixed, and that the parts had been ordered for the sink. Two days after his scheduled visit #3, and no contact from him at all, the tenants and I both called him. He said that the sink repair was not possible, and that I needed a completely new sink and faucet. When I asked him for a refund, and told him that we were not replacing the entire sink, he told me that I was being charged just for the """"attempt"""", and that I would get no money back. I would highly advise NOT to call this company for anything! They'll rip you off. Oh, and my toilet is still leaking. 1 of the 3 things that he was paid to do was actually done. He actually broke part of my refrigerator. When I called back to tell him he'd broken it, he said that he told us from the get-go he couldn't fix it. Untrue. Then we left by John tell me, """"F*** you"""" When my mom wasn't around, he had the nerve to ask if I """"smoke up"""" Then admitted that they do. Insanely unprofessional in attitude and that John and his helpers tracked mud all through my house. I've never heard of such awful service. Shame on you. I'm editing this because I just found a turd in the toilet of the bathroom they were working on... no one else is home, so thanks Lorick Plumbing for that gift. How do things like this happen???
