Called two months ago and set up an appointment. Got appointment for last Friday. Scheduled half day off from work to be there when they showed up. Called to confirm before I left work for the day, was told they would ""try"" to be there. I explained that I had taken off from work. They said they should be able to make it. Went home. Was home for about 3 hours. Got a call stating they were sorry but an ""emergency"" came up and they couldn't make it. I asked if they would then be stopping out the next morning (Sat), knowing full well what the answer would be. Received a call back later that evening stating no, they couldn't make it out Saturday and would call me this week. Seven days have passed. Crickets. When this business was owned by Pete Lorge, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He did plumbing work on three homes I have owned in the 30 years I have lived in this area. New owner will not be getting my business.

I am reviewing this company because they are a small business doing the best they can. i spent 25 yrs in the service business listening to rude people call and leave messages expecting service in 5 minutes no matter the weather or the holiday. what it got me was more medical problems and now 10 yrs later its like i never existed. The turn over of demanding people never ends from one generation to the next, you may find in years to come that there aren't as many mom and pop shops and you'll cry about it, so starting treating these professional with sugar not Hot spices. i live in manawa and as such i'm very patient with small town service companies . These are good people whom have a life after 5pm but give you a emergency number to call incase you need them so take that inconsideration next time your so demanding that just maybe your tech got 2 hrs of sleep after being up all night doing Emergecy calls.

Approximately 2 years ago I had service from Lorge Plumbing. This year, a repeat.I contacted a different company, the cost far less, and didn't tear my basement apart. They also didn't leave mud all over rugs, stairs, or ask for my help. They didn't have equipment breakdowns and were far cheaper than. Lorge.

Called months ago... no call back after 3 days. Called again. Different person said he never heard of my first call. They are really busy, he said, will call back ""next week."" It's 3 months later. Never heard back.
Plus, they installed the item with the problem.
