When others said they would have to make big holes and open up the wall for thousands of dollars, Patrick came in said he could manage in the space with minimal additional space needed and at an astounding price. Patrick also brought our Hot Water Heater up to the current Building Codes by replacing the non-code pipes with new pipes that are the current building code.
