We have used Lorenz in the past because they were recommended to us, but I have to say I have never had such a horrible experience as this past few weeks. We were having heating issues just before Christmas, we called them and the repairman came out and basically just reset our thermostat and charged us a service call for doing nothing. Then our heat went completely out, the second guy came and basically didn't do anything either, in fact he left to get a part and then called us back and said we would have to call someone else and left us with no heat and on our own the weekend before Christmas. When we complained to their service manager, he refused to even give us our service fee back. I would not recommend them to anyone! We will never use them again.

Lorenz HVAC does not return phone calls, I even spoke with the owner Mike and he did not call me back either. The only reason for this was they are busy. Not great customer service if you ask me! My furnace started acting up, 12-29-2017 they sent someone out and he fixed it enough for it to work at no Charge which was great! He told me that it really needed to be serviced and I also asked about the cost to replace it. Knowing my furnace was an older model I decided to have my furnace replaced. I called and was told Dillion would need to come back out do some measuring. When he come out he took a picture of the model number sticker of my old unit. A week after his visit I still had not heard from anyone about the cost for the new unit so I had to called them. Finally, on 1-25-2018, I had an appt to have a new one installed. Some of the time delay was because we had some very cold temperature and they were working on people who did not have heat which I understood that! That night it started acting up. The next morning, I called Lorenz to let them know. After having them out at least once a week to my home, doing all sorts of things and making adjustments to the unit they finally decided the unit that was put in was too big for my house. On 2-27-2018 they installed a smaller unit. If Dillion had taken the time to look under my house and count my registers, he being the so called professionally, should have known what was wrong with my unit and either replaced it or order the correct one to begin with!

I found out I had a water leak while I was out of state. I was so stressed out and felt hopeless. Luckily I called Lorenz Company and they helped put my mind at Ease. They fixed the pipe right away and were honest about the price and extremely helpful. I am going to use them in the future for sure. Ask for Dillon Page the Manager.. He is very prompt to respond and very knowledgeable. They made this process so simple.. Thank you!

I highly recommend these guys. Always fast to get there and fair pricing. We had a lot of issues with a foreclosure home we bought and they were very helpful with suggestions, and seem like hard workers.
