This review should be 0 stars but it forces me to select at least 1 star. I called Darling Plumbing for some repair work on an outdoor spigot and left my information with the receptionist who said the plumber would return my call. After 2 days and no call, I contacted Rudi the Plumber who came over the same afternoon and did the work. 5 stars for Rudi and 0 for Darling.

I've used Tim for about five years now, after switching from Pine State (who was too expensive and not particularly trustworthy). I've been very pleased with his service over the years. His guys show up when they say they will (often it's Tim), and they know what they are doing. The answering service system can be a little unwieldy when you just want to leave a quick message or get an answer to a question, but I can see why he uses it.
